I stayed here for one night, the only thing I can say is do not get your hopes up. You might book a room and think you’re getting a deluxe queen one bed, with a jetted tub, but when you use your keycard to walk into a double bed with a tiny tub. When asking the front desk service ladies what happened they just tell you they upgraded the room to a double bed because they over booked the room and management “forgot to fix it”. A double bed, with dirty body/face towels, crumbs on the floor included as well is an upgrade from a jetted tub room. I decided to settle because I had to go to work, I work from 6pm-4pm. I woke up maybe 30 minutes before check out and tried to call down to the front desk to let them know I was going to be late leaving out, to even see if I can extend the check out time. The dang phone didn’t even work, so with only so much time to get ready I decided to take the initiative and hurry up and get ready to leave. SAD CHOICE after my shower house keeping was at my door barging in, I haven’t even had the chance to put on clothes demanding me to leave because it past check out. I even tried to explain that I tried calling I ever slept, I’ll be ready in minute he still tried shoving his way in. Thank God I had the security latch on the door, I tried speaking with the front desk lady about this and she gets upset with me for being upset… I honestly would never stay here again, I’m a SA victim and that’s just room for PTSD… Motel 6 needs new management!!

Floor was dirty. Hot tub was dirty and the bed was a full not a king.

People were fighting and running up and down the balcony! The heater in our room was terrible it was either all the way up or nothing it was missing parts and the knob was taped the help rig it to work!!

I used a towel to shimmy myself from the bathroom to the bed where my socks were because I didn't want to put my bare feet on the floor.
Just in that little bit of a walk, you could see on the other side of the towel exactly where my feet were because the towel was very dirty from the floor.
Bed was awful.
Fan in the bathroom was loud. It was on the light switch, couldn't turn it off.
TV had a brown mark about half of the TV. Made it super hard to watch.
All of this was told to reception, also showed the towel.
You get what you pay for.

The stay here was horrible. Everyone comes out at night cussing each out all type of loud arrangements the maintenance/ housekeeping beats on your door like it’s a deaf or criminal in the room before check out. I had a lady cussed me out saying I was following her. Dont stay here!!!

Floor was dirty, found a sock under the bed, no microwave, old busted up furniture, door was leaky and rain came through the bottom of the door, along with the debris from outside. Horrible.

We had no hot water in the room, the bathroom sink would not drain and the TV would not even turn on. The room smelled so bad of cigarette smoke we had to wash all our jackets after our stay. Disgusting!

Shower doesn't work and neither does the heater. There is a terrible smell, and if I had someplace else to go I would have left. But this Ice Storm has all the rooms booked everywhere. Never coming back.

Horrible stay. First room I was given smelled horrible. It smelled like a ton of lemon scented cleaner trying to cover pet odor and the TV did not work. The second room I was given did not have the horrible smell. The sink is clogged and does not drain. Front desk called to complain about me using the shower. The bed is so uncomfortable it felt like I was sleeping on the floor.

You and them took my money i paid for a hotel room formy daughter and her children. The room and blood stains and was so dirty she couldnt have her kids sleep in. I tried talking with and them about a refund but nothing was done because of the it will be thw last time i use expedia.

Let's see the toilet leaked there was no fan in the bathroom and the service was not that good had to ask for clean towels just to get them it also had a real bad patch of job on all the walls

They put me in a dirty room . Dirty sheets , blanket stained , room smelled like mildew . Stained chair . Heat blow cold air , Door had gaps where you see daylight and felt air shooting through it . Most important was dirty & saw a bug.Plus sink water stayed super cold no matter what direction you turned it .
