The owner was lovely and the room was clean and organized. We had a room next to the staircase so it was very noisy in the morning with people going up and down the stairs and talking.

The suite had a fully equipped kitchen with a clean fair sized fridge. Close to grocery stores, outlets and walking distance to downtown with a variety of restaurants.

The upkeep of the rooms, exemple : the whirlpool faucet was loose, leaky toilet and the fireplace golden frame came off (in the middle of the night!!!) Need more ventilation like a ceiling fan.

We were happy to check into this lovely place with nice staff and warm decor in the room. The facilities and amenities were just right and made our skiing trip easier. Great location to stay, shop, dine around town. And you don't pay as much in the end.

shower wasn't clean and the room was not super clean either. people were super loud but that is not the hotel fault also it is not a hotel but a motel.. I dont know why they called themself hotel would not go back

This hotel is in severe need of renovating. I have never been in such a poorly maintained room ever. Less than a 1 *. Staff was very kind though.

We stayed there for 4 nights and everything was perfect. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and nice and the town was so charming. I will come back again as soon as I get chance.

Excellent location, very clean & great staff. Only thing is it annonces breakfast included but when we went to go for breakfast the next morning there was none! They said since Covid that had not re-instated their breakfast. Well it has been quite awhile now that the Covid scare is over so I feel it is either time to re-instate their breakfast OR take it off the site which announces it is included it is now false advertising !

We were delayed until almost midnight due to road closures and the wonderful lady working reception was so understanding and made sure we were safely checked in at the last minute before her shift ended. I wish i had gotten her name, but in all the rush I missed it. Thank you, merci beaucoup for the wonderful service!

On Expedia, the "Superior Suite" listed "Separate Bedroom" as a feature. I just checked again and it still does, in a drop down list within the description. That's why we reserved it. When we arrived we were told that there were no suites with a 'separate bedroom". I said it was listed as such on Expedia; the woman suggested that people not use Expedia but make reservations directly with the hotel
