Our stay was perfect, we stayed 2 nights and had a fabulous time. The breakfast was enormous, and the in house restaurant was yummy, great for night in at the hotel.

Very expensive. Hotel only has one elevator and a loooong walk to get to our room. Bar in lobby not open until 4pm, no bar food available during day unless you go out by pool which is another looong walk. Happy hour reception is veggies, dip, goldfish, and trail mix. Expected more for $500/night. Free breakfast was excellent and cooked to order. Restaurant opens at 4pm and food was good but pricey. Room was nice. Pool loaded with kids. Sitting area outside and in lobby excellent. For the money I will be finding somewhere else to stay.

Hotel was beautiful and I plan on staying again for sure. Loved the location. The outdoor area is beautiful. Breakfast was exceptional. Loved the nightly entertainment. Pool area was lovely. Beach front had construction happening but it was still beautiful to look at. Only drawback was that I found the smell in the hallways overwhelming. I am not sure what it was- perhaps deodorizer for the carpets as it is a pet friendly hotel. But it was strong.

The hotel advertized acess to the beach. Website did not disclose there was no access to the beach and pool closes at sunset. I am very Angry I paid 500 a day for full beach , pool access and did not disclose prior to check in.

We booked this hotel on a last minute trip! Beautiful resort with every amenity you could imagine. AMAZING free breakfast daily and free drink reception nightly 5:00-6:30 with 2 free drinks per person and snacks, you can enjoy live music on patio 5:00-8pm. Fire Pits galore and nice seating throughout courtyard area. Pool is large with plenty of seating, Tiki Bar food and drinks were delicious and the waitstaff were extremely nice and very accomodating. Room was very nice, plenty of room in the suites and beds are super comfortable. Resort is quiet in the evening. There is a gift shop, Starbucks and restaurant also on site. Several restaurant/bars directly across the street with great food and drinks. The ONLY thing I have to say bad is that when we booked we we got a notice that the hotel beach would be closed INTERMITTENTLY during the day as they were doing Re Nourishment project but would be completed the day prior to our arrival, however they were not done upon check in. The beach was completely blocked off the entire time with gates so there was no way to get to the beach (unless you went to street and walked down 1/4 of a mile) a few people started to go around the gates and climb down the rocks to get to the beach but this was frowned upon and really not safe. Other than not being able to get to the beach our stay was absolutely AMAZING! Will definitely be back!

We always love staying here the service is amazing and the staff super friendly only thing i will say with breakfast I encountered some food items to be a bit cold we came close to 7:30am just after breakfast started besides that everything was perfect we loved the heated pool too

We have stayed at this hotel once before and loved it. However, this time was different. The floor was so dirty that our feet were literally black from walking around the room. My two year old son found a pill and almost ate it. Lord knows what would have happened if I didn’t catch him with it. We didn’t want to touch it so called down to the front desk and they determined that it was “just and allegera” Parents, beware of this place and always double check the floors when you stay someplace.

We picked this hotel because we were visiting St. Augustine but wanted to be away from all of the traffic and business. The hotel is beautiful, right on the beach. They offer happy hour and a free breakfast every morning which we were impressed by. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only disappointment we experienced was the beds and pillows. We were hoping for more of a plus mattress and softer pillows.

The place is nice but there is a $36 valet charge that we were not informed about until arrival. Regarding the cleanliness, there were long strands of black hair on the shower wall that was not ours! I informed desk staff and they just responded that they will let the cleaning staff know. We were really hoping to enjoy the hot tub, however that was closed for “maintenance” for a few hours, too late to use since we were checking out that day.

The hotel is very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. The location in St. Augustine's popped Beach is great and enjoyed local dining options (ie: Salt Life across the street). There is a trolley (for a fee) that will take you to downtown St Augustine, which was convenient. I do agree with other comments that the employees of the property were not the friendliness and really kept us from having a wonderful experience. I actually liked having valet parking. It was really convenient; however, it would have been nice to have been greeted by someone that had the appearance of wanting to be there. The reception desk was pretty aloof as well. I think the hotel can do a better job training their employees on good service. Another downside is the beach renovation happening by the hotel, but that is really not the hotel's responsibility. I

When you arrive, not only do you get resort fees, but they force you to valet park for $35 a day. Nothing in the booking tells you that you must valet park. And having to wait for your car all the time is very inconvenient.

Parking at the property is terrible, one has to use valet and the waiting is ridiculous. Self parking would be more efficient and faster. Also the sleeping sofas are from the middle ages, common man the most uncomfortable sofa bed in the world were ship to this hotel. You need to replace them, they are dirty , nasty and no mattress, you rest on metal.

The bed is quite comfortable but the furniture placements of the rest of the room was odd, sort of chopped up and not comfortable. Good hot shower. Since there are constructions on the hotel ground , it's not easy getting to the beach.

Good looking property, but the sea wall is currently under construction. There is a construction fence at the far end of the pool and the main beach access looked to be blocked off from the pool. Access to the state park side was the only one I found, but I didn't stop and ask anyone. Rooms were ok, they definitely weren't what I would expect for $300 per night. The staff here was great though.

We found it very elegant and a excellent location, the AC in the room was very noisy, it sounded like a chainsaw every time was on, if I ever go back I make sure not to stay in that room

All hotel staff was amazing. The valet parking was a bit unorganized. Hotel was older but very clean and well kept. Rooms were not well sound proofed. Very noisy.

The hotel is modern and clean however My two only two complaints, #1 room AC never worked (in which no one offered to fix or discount the room) #2 Valet is Wreckless handling your car, beware, they’re a third party company and the hotel takes no responsibility over what happens. Overall, for the price I paid I believe we deserved better service. Any feedback from the hotel manager would greatly be appreciated. Thank you

Unlike other Embassy Suites, this location is brand new with a gorgeous (and huge!) outdoor pool and hot tub. Our kids loved it!
