The room 436 oceanfront was clean and comfortable. The pool was kept very clean was never over crowed. The beach was amazing and kept clean. Hopefully we will be returning next year.
The only thing that was disturbing was the smell in the bathroom, smelled like sewage. We thought it was the water, but the water was clean at least, I hope. The smell would come and go.

Children screaming and stomping on the floor above. It’s Guy Harvey RESORT, would be excellent if an adults only establishment. Parents do not know how to discipline their children these days and they run wild like untamed animals

Proximity to the ocean
Dated hotel, old fashioned, old bathroom, beds were too soft, dirty carpeting and hall floors, thin walls, we were able to hear everyone in the halls and in the bathrooms.
