We stayed 3 nights here a week ago and overall had a good experience. The best part is the location. We walked to all the important areas of Florence from the hotel. There are excellent restaurants nearby. Not all staff is friendly. Charles was was the one who checked us in and he was not friendly. The woman called Edi was very nice. If you do stairs , don’t stay here. Room was clean. Beds were hard. It’s super close to the train station. I think charging extra for the little breakfast they offer is cheap of them. This hotel gets the job done but full of perks.
