We had staying at Hampton Inn properties several times in the US and in Mexico, however this time there was a situation, I need to address the property shows free shuttle to the airport, we have the need to go to the airport october 1 a sunday, this property did not have a driver today and I asked as soon as I check in, I was told they will assist with a taxi, that could not get in, and we were told the property oly provides the shuttle monday to friday, I checked and that is not specifically noted in the hotel amenities, We had to flight back home to the USA. We were so stressed we even contemplate walking to the airport, so we wouldn't miss our flight.

Me gusto mucho la cercanía con los centros comerciales y la salida a las carreteras principales Las áreas de oportunidad son: desde la entrada al 7mo piso mucho olor a cigarro, el elevador derecho no subía hasta el 7mo piso, las almohadas muy pobres, usadas y con mucho uso, el cuarto olía mal como a viejo. Saludos

Checked in at about 6pm. Smooth process. Breakfast is great! Lots of fresh fruit and coffee, juice, tea. Sitting area is clean and TV noise is kept at a comfortable level. Service by the staff is great.

No refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms like in the U.S. breakfast was ok. Very friendly staff. Check in was super quick. They had keys and rooms ready when i arrived. Very close to nearby restaurants.

I was disappointed in the Hilton Brand with this visit to Torreon. No in room safe, No ice machine in every floor, AC issues. Staff was for the most a happy smile. If I return I will have a better command on my Spanish and expect a better command on the female staff who was there at my early arrival 10:30am.

Hotel is nice with really good breakfast. We were really disappointed with their limited shuttle service to the airport. I don't think it should be advertised at hotels.com since they don't do shuttle from the airport, only to the airport and their schedule changes all the time. They couldn't take my wife to the airport for an 8:30 am departure because that day only the shuttle would start at 3 pm. I had a 6 am flight the next day, and they said they would take me at 4:30 am for an extra charge... (even though I bought an "airport shuttle included" package at hotels.com) . Their customer service is also really bad, their front desk staff had an attitude of either sarcastic at some times or sorry that's the rule, there's nothing I can do about it. I travel to Torreon extensively and it was my first time at this hotel. There are better hotels near the airport.

First things first Very bad customer service. The female receptionist was not very nice, very stuck up. 2nd think the website said 2 queen bed which was a lie. They where double bed, false advertising. This was the reason we choose this hotel. 3rd there was no ice bucket in the room and when we called down to tell them, the same receptionist was rude about this also. She said she will bring it up she never did. I went down found her on her phone. She said she forgot. Don’t stay here.

Well, super nice staff at the front counter! But..... after getting installed in the room (after being in there for about two hours) some person opened the rooms door, he said that he had that room! I didn’t like the 9-10 am knock on the door and if you didn’t answer they just open it!! Just to ask you for dirty towels!! Besides that, everything else was good!!
