Have stayed at hotel rooms hundred percent better got locked in the hallway because my key didn’t work charged is extra for some sheets $100 stay away

Prefect place to stay, you can walk to get food or to go shopping. I would definitely stay at this place next time when visiting there. Perfecto lugar para hospedarse, puedes caminar para agarrar comida or ir de compras a la galería oh las muchas tiendas cercanas. Yo me quedaría de nuevo cuando visite Torreón.

Quite convinient as it very near to the football stadium. I was not very happy with the night price, I was told one price with taxes but the end increased a substantial amount.

Very bad at check in and check out! with out a reason at checkout they charge me abres extra fee because they said they made a mistake but i have my confirmación sent by hoteles.com but that didnt mátter they made the charge anyway! Never stay again!

From the minute i walked in the room had a weird smell, like hadnt been properly cleaned, and when i pulled the covers there were black hairs on the sheets that confirmed that the sheets were not cleaned properly or washed. the air conditioner makes a noise loud enough to wake you up in the middle of the night. very disapointed for a chain hotel that is supoused to be for bussinness travel

It looks as if this property has been there for awhile. Needs a lot of remodeling. The 5th floor was being remodeled so there is a lot of noise if you stay on the 4th floor. The staff was GREAT. Breakfast was very good. Located next to the biggest mall in town and one can walk to it. 5 minutes from the airport. They could upgrade the pillows. The price is a bit high for the quality of the property.

Everything was fine, but my room, was no good condition, the desk below to the tv, I asked to reception and they did not fix it, until my second stayed. The location is great, the mall next door is amazing

This hotel was difficult to get to due to heavy construction in the area. It was a pretty bare bones room with no coffeemaker, nor ice bucket. For the price, I think I will not go back.

This is my second stay in a City Express Hotel. Torreon was much cleaner, (linens were white), compared to my first stay in another city. The staff were also much friendlier and more accommodating.
