This hotel is our favorite when we stay in Colonial Heights. The staff is friendly, cheerful, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. The room was spotless inside and the hallway was immaculate. The outside is well maintained. The only comment that is negative was that you pay to park there which just started. I was disappointed to have an additional charge of parking. I think if you choose to stay in a hotel over all the others it should be a no brainer not to charge to park your vehicle. It was only $6 but it was the idea of an unnecessary additional fee.

This is a great hotel to stay at. The rooms and common areas are clean, and overall, I had a good experience. However, there are a few downsides. Front desk staff are really professional and friendly.
The hotel does not have a pool, and parking costs $5 per day, plus a $1 service fee, for a total of $6 per day. If breakfast is not included in your package, you will have to pay separately for it.
The breakfast service was okay, but there is room for improvement. I ordered an omelet without cheese, but it was served with cheese. The staff should pay closer attention to customers’ orders and special requests. Breakfast services take way to long to serve you.
Overall, it is a nice and clean hotel, but there are a few areas where the service could be improved.
