The room was delightful. We liked the earlier hours for breakfast.
The occupants of the room above us were noisy late into the night.
Breakfast was certainly acceptable but could use an upgrade to compete with other inns in the area.

The breakfast was very good. I was sorry I had to leave extra early on my last day before breakfast was served. However the desk clerk said coffee was ready so I was able to leave with coffee at 5:30 am. It was quiet for sleeping. It was a little weird they assigned me to a king sized bedroom with a large tub inside the room (solo business travel). I thought I only booked a regular king bed. Didn't have time to use it.
There is NO pool even though their website showed a pool. That needs to be updated. The place is a little run down though the bathroom/shower and bed seemed to have gotten an update. The wifi didn't function the whole first day I was there, which hampered me for doing my business. Also once it was fixed, I had to log in several times and it was tricky making it work for two devices. Not a great place for getting work done.
