Washroom lock was broken, got stuck in washroom, called front desk and she opened the lock and upon asking she said she can’t do anything. Spiders were crawling on the floor

Was able to get a one night quickly for very cheap and close to the hospital. Toilette bowl cover was dirty. The bed wasn't very comfortable. The rest was alright, I have seen places a lot worse.

I like that the rooms are big and that the two beds are separated with french doors. I like that it was really easy for the other people in my party to get their room keys even though I was the one that made the reservations. I did not like that the bar tender is really slow and does not know how to make drinks.

The hotel location is near by most of the tourist destinations and parking is convenient. However cleanliness was not up to the mark. The given blankets and carpet on the floor stinks really bad. Double bed was not comfortable at all.

The place was okay. I didn’t like my bed was squishy and made noises when I moved. The breakfast is in the basement which is dark and not so comfortable.

Don’t attempt to check in earlier, there’s a strict 2pm check in time. Process was otherwise easy, same with checking out. Older building with carpet and stairs to access the 2nd floor. Staining on some areas of the carpet in the hallway, could use a cleaning. Parking was annoying to navigate, if you didn’t find a spot inside the area you had to go around to the side of the building. Not a lot of dining options around. Pool was nice and warm, didn’t have an overwhelming chlorine smell. Breakfast is basic with cereal, hot/cold beverage, toast, some fruit, yogurt, eggs and pastry items. Found it odd that staff would stand and stare from the kitchen to tidy things up and clean up as soon as you left your seat. Beds were basic, only good for a few nights of sleep. Bathroom was disgusting with mold and hair in the drain. Housekeeping came every day which was nice to get new towels. Overall good stay but the plane could use a facelift.

My Experience at Hotel Le Voyageur Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ My recent stay at Hotel Le Voyageur in Quebec City was nothing short of a disaster. I paid $150 for a one-night stay, arriving via Uber from Old Quebec around 6 pm. After checking in, I was given a room on the first floor. Eager to unwind, I settled onto the bed to relax and charge my devices. However, my relaxation was abruptly interrupted when I discovered bed bugs. First, I found one crawling on me, and then another on the pillow! I rushed to the reception to notify the hotel manager, who requested an emailed photo and reassured me it would be addressed. Despite Expedia refunding my payment, I had to find another hotel last minute and pay for another Uber. Considering the hotel's dim lighting, old carpets, bedding, and furniture, it's likely that bed bugs infest many rooms. My stay was extremely unpleasant, and I strongly advise potential guests to seek alternative accommodations in Quebec City. My hope is that this review serves as a warning and prompts the hotel to address these issues promptly.

Miserably cranky individual working at reception, growled, and growled during the check in. Asked for help with finding the ice machine after going to the room, and got a grunt/growl and finger point down the hall without them even looking up. TV doesn't work. Internet isn't strong enough to stream anything on my tablet. But, the bed is comfy, so, that's something if you don't mind being barked at, and having no internet.

Pictures were decieving. Looked very tired and worn in general. Staff would not call a taxis to pick us up at the bus stop due to language. We had to wait over an hr. at the bus stop and relied on American and one French lady's kindness to call for us. Saving grace-nice beds.

I booked two rooms through Expedia . One room was to be paid via credit card and my brother paid the second room with cash . The next morning, the new front desk clerk told us the second room was not paid for . We were shocked as we knew it was paid in cash . So they reviewed this transaction on the camera to confirm it was paid by cash . So the night clerk attempted to pocket the cash .disgusting treatment
