Front desk staff, cleaning staff very friendly. Room was spacious. Room could use upgrades, had some stains in carpet. Overall nice room for cost and location.

The television was outdated and average resolution. The bathrooms were outdated and far too small. Furniture also was a bit ordinary. But the staff was excellent.

Good value and decent hotel. Love the location and the free parking! Breakfast is a nice feature. Front desk staff don't seem terribly interested in customer service. Not rude; just disinterested.

Mostly completely updated hotel. Very clean rooms and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. I will be back, and certainly recommend to others

Close to the beach. Reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Ignore the site. They don’t serve breakfast anymore. It’s continental. Packaged carbs and yogurt. That’s it. The mattress needs to be replaced. But again, proximity to the beach and the price are great. The staff is very nice too!

The size of the room was awesome. The location was perfect. Friendly staff. Overall great stay. Disappointed they wouldn’t let us stay an hour later and then overheard another guest telling housekeeping they were given a late check out. Disappointed to hear that.

Location is great. Indoor pool also nice. Quality of room was mediocre. Door to balcony did not fully lock, shower changed water temperature, beds and pillows not very comfortable. Had to go to desk to get towels and toilet paper each day-daily housekeeping was not an option-maybe due to off season.

The Breakers in Rehoboth is a great location with clean rooms and very friendly staff. Park your car and have a short walk to everything in downtown Rehoboth. Awesome place

Very disappointed with our stay, have been coming here for years at least 3-4 times a year with my family and we were disappointed to find that they no longer serve hot breakfasts. While it was simple, it was a constant that we looked forward to. Prepackaged muffins and cereals do not serve our dietary restrictions. Other hotels have similar offerings at competitive pricing so unfortunately this hotel no longer suits our needs. This cost cutting measure by “the CEO” (as we were told) …will cost them customers.

Our stay was good, but it was very disappointing to not have a decent breakfast. Prepackaged crap is not what I expected. And no recycling was available. Everything else was great, so please tweak these easy things!

The hotel was simple and.clean, room was ready early for check in. Staff was friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was rather basic sufficient. The location was perfect, easy walk to main shopping and boardwalk.

Location is great, check in was easy. Pool closes at 9pm which we thought was a little early. We were kinda upset we didn’t get to use it. The room was clean, but the age of the hotel shows. Not really updated. Bathrooms are extremely small. The bed was TERRIBLE! My back never hurt so bad after sleeping in a hotel. Thank goodness it was only one night. Breakfast was decent, typical continental style. Staff was very friendly!

Everything was excellent except the breakfast. On previous winter stays they have had a delicious breakfast, eggs, bacon, toast etc. This year just packaged muffins….some yogurt which was welcomed but still very very upset with the breakfast. Hope you will bring this back by the next time I visit.

We enjoy our stay very much. The only downside is that the heater unit is extremely loud in the room and it’s almost impossible to sleep at night when we have it on. Besides that, we love the Breakers! Staff is very friendly and the free breakfast is a big plus! We definitely will be back!

The property was great. Clean and had a fresh clean smell throughout. Our king suite was just the perfect size. We loved the bed and pillows. Thanks for a nice experience.

Hotel is always as we expect it to, clean, friendly staff, quiet as we visit monthly in the winter months as a nice getaway for a few days. One of the nice offerings they HAD was a warm breakfast which saved us from going out to eat first thing in the mornings. The staff said they still serve a warm breakfast on the weekends but ton weekdays anymore. We are the same paying customers as the weekend visitors so it seems a little unfair for weekday customers

Very convenient and awesome place to stay while in the area. Walk to beach and boardwalk. 5 mins to Tanger outlets and other stores, restaurants and movies! Will come back

We went for a quick overnight at the beach in December. The hotel was pretty quiet and staff were friendly. It's a pretty basic hotel with nothing special except a location two blocks off the beach. Given the set up and age, I imagine it's a noisier and bustling during the high season. But for holiday getaway, it was perfect!

The staff and how clean the whole Hotel was. Right in Downtown Rehoboth Beach. Had a really good breakfast at the Hotel. Dining was also super clean. Would recommend the Breakers to anyone traveling to Rehoboth Beach DE.

The room should have been cleaned better. The toilet sits way too low and the tub drained very slow. I removed a wad of hair out of it. Counter top and top of dresser wasn’t wiped completely, only the front was done.
