Location was great. It’s a small hotel which gives it more of a personal feel.
The parking spots were a little tight for bigger SUVs and pickups.

It was conveniently located on the strip and check in was super easy. Room was super clean and housekeeping staff were very friendly.
The mattress in Room 307 needs to be replaced ASAP. It is severely bowed with zero spinal support. Also, no one answered the phone during the designated time of 10am-2pm.
