Good sized room, comfy huge bed, coffee pod machine in an excellent location. I was checked in by the most incredibly helpful employee who went the extra mile (literally) to make my stay easier and more comfortable - helping with luggage and generally showing a really strong concern for customer care (for the record I'm a 50+ female, I don't mean this to sound creepy!)

Had a very pleasant stay here. The room was updated and a generous size for this part of the city. Appreciated the in room coffee maker! 5 min walk to historic part of the city centre and felt safe doing so at night.

The staff was absent most of the time so we left a note on their desk about the broken coffee maker. Not sure if anybody read the note but the coffee maker was not fixed/replaced during our stay. We had one bag of tea but plenty of coffee pods.
Otherwise OK, central located. Breakfast expensive but good at the next door breakfast place.
