Great position and beach swimming. Breakfast was very typical of the islands and I wish their were more varieties on fruit available as well as some more traditional Samoan foods to try on the evening menu. Loved how the resort was designed and the huge pool area. Very much a wonderful relaxing holiday.

This is pure heaven. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome.
When we arrived I had a room that didn't tick the boxes for me, Within an hour they had us moved without any issues.
They went out of their way to spoil me on my birthday with multiple surprises.
Rooms are tidy and the beds are very comfortable.
Breakfast was beautiful every morning and always well stocked, coffee was brilliant.

Don’t read in to the negativity! It’s a picturesque location, with nice comfortable rooms and great aircon! The staff are lovely, the cocktails are good and the food offering is great (for Samoa).
To save you the search, this hotel is no longer the Sheraton Samoa Beach resort. It changed hands in Dec 2025. But don’t let that deter you. We stayed at 3 separate hotels between the two main islands (including the actual Sheraton) and this was easily our favourite.
The only thing I will say is it could use a little more TLC around the grounds for minor things like gardens, but they seemed to be working on this while we were there. Please taper your expectations for these types of destinations! Small island nations have may have big hearts, but they don’t have big budgets. Don’t expect to find a fancy Bali resort here!
