This location has the best views of P-town harbor, and the dunes. All the rooms have been completely remodeled nicely, but the AC system is very loud which ruined my experience. Great breakfast, and the staff was excellent.

The room was freshly renovated. Everything looked great. I like how each balcony is separated right now. It’s giving us a lot more privacy, especially because we have a large dog and now she can stay with us on a balcony without being interrupted. Staff were very friendly and helpful as always. The weather was great. We are looking forward to coming back next year.
