We arrived rather bedraggled. To find there was laundry service was the greatest help. Very appreciative of it. The desk clerk brought it to our room still warm from the dryer

My husband travels for work to this town. They made him pay a cash deposit of $50 and as he was leaving at 5am to work a 12hr shift, they won't give him his cash deposit back.... Weird and pretty sure that guy just got over on him. He will never stay here again.

Room was relatively clean and bed was comfortable. However, a LOT of toad noise from the interstate. No vending machines. Bathroom door didn’t close. Requested 2nd floor but none a available evrn though no one was there.

Room was recently renovated, which was nice but it wasn't the cleanest. There was pizza sauce dried on the floor along with pieces of crust. There were small stains on the quilt and one of the pillow cases. There are road crews that stay there, which is fine but they were hanging out in the court yard (just outside our door) until after midnight, so it was hard to fall asleep.

This motel is run down, in poor condition. Breakfast had few choices, quantities low, and with only one employee to handle both front desk and breakfast area created delays. Then had the nerve to charge my credit card an up front $50.00 damage waive.

The lights were so bright that the blackout curtains didn't help. The old coffee filter was in coffee maker. The bedspread had a cigarette burn in it.

Very friendly hotel employee. We stayed here for 2 nights while in the area. Bed slept great, nice hot shower. Decent rate to stay here. Would recommend, didn't have any safety issues.

My partner and i just stopped for the night. The room was a great size and super clean. The lady who checked us in was super friendly and helpful. The location is quiet even right off the highway.

It was a good hotel for a quick stop over for the night. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. It had easy access on an off the freeway which is always a plus when you are traveling.

The check-in was a little troublesome, since they had to look somewhere else in their database for my Hotels.com reservation, but that was all ironed out quickly. The room itself was comfortable and clean, very nice. They did need to send someone out for more breakfast supplies during the morning. Maybe more staff is needed. Otherwise, a good experience overall for an overnight stay.

Check in clerk had a cough and presided to cough all over the place. Very annoying. Check in starts at noon. I got there at 1:15. They needed a few more minutes to get room ready, which was fine. Room was clean enough except for wad of toilet paper behind bathroom door. The room has mostly been refurbished. Missing trim pieces in a few areas and the ceiling is not finished. The bathtub faucet leaks. The bed is soft. Pillows are firm. Outside area needs to be picked up of trash. Breakfast was basic. Partner liked the biscuits and gravy. I did not have high expectations and this hotel did not disappoint.

Our stay was okay after we finally found the place. I couldn’t find the address in the booking and GPS lex us to the wrong spot initially.

Just got keys and the bed wasn’t even made. The old linens were laying there. The room hadn’t been cleaned. Rubble was in the walkway leading to the room. I didn’t feel safe there either. My husband and I were not happy. We didn’t stay and just turned in the keycards. We stayed at a different motel.

I liked the service rendered by the Front Desk Manager in ensuring that breakfast was fresh and was offering more than I expected. Friendly, warm and respectful. Looking forward to spending time there in the future.

Dirty floors, urine stained sheets, bird droppings everywhere, sketchy people all over the place. Wasn’t even there 5 minutes and the manager refused to refund because we “slept” in the beds. Nope, I turned the sheets to check them and thank god I did

Only redeeming factor was that the staff was very courteous; property is dilapidated and disappointing. Though everything worked as needed it was the bare minimum. No bugs but still tough to get to sleep in this environment. Tried to claim that original room was non-smoking when clearly smelled of smoke and an ash tray was present on the table.

Check in was stressful. My first room was unacceptable. Window was cracked and the bed was wobbly. Our 2nd room was great. Air conditioner was working, beds we’re comfortable and over all room was clean.

I needed to book somewhere at the last minute, and as the Holiday Inn that I stayed at previously didn't have availability I needed to find somewhere else. The person I was due to meet said he's stayed in all of the cheaper places in town and they are all awful BUT it turned out that he hadn't stayed here. Well, I went ahead and booked and was so glad that I did as the place was perfect for my needs. It was clean, in good condition, breakfast was a nice touch and everyone was super friendly. The owner seems to be very on the ball and proactive too, which is always a good sign. I would definitely choose this over the Holiday Inn in the future as the room itself was actually better. Oh, and when my business associate came by he was clearly surprised and even said that he'll have to book there too!

The staff was friendly. There were old mattresses outside which made the place look kinda rundown. Had new mattress in the room and was extremely comfortable. The room was clean and hot breakfast was good. A fair place for a fair price. Probably would stay there again

The check in clerk was amazing and very knowledgeable about the area. We had a problem with our door not working properly and had to leave it unlocked. Breakfast was a big disappointment as the selection was very limited.

Did not see that this was a bad place.... room was smelly, old and in need of repair. the bathroom door would not close, we could hear the cell phone vibrating for the occupant next to us. the pool looked gross and neglected, plus it was uncovered and full of green water. any child could have walked over and fallen in. breakfast was bare at 7:00 am and the coffee tasted like it was made from teh pool water..... will for sure never stay at an Americas Best again!

This was the most disgusting stay we have ever had. Upon entering the room we noticed many cosmetic issues (paint peeling, chipped mirror and trim, stained ceiling), but this went way beyond. We got a room with a pullout couch to accommodate our children and it was beyond filthy. We debated leaving at that point but there are not a lot of options in that area and it was already late and we have 4 small kids. We could only find one working outlet in the entire room which was completely hidden behind the end table. We heard banging all night long, and we didn’t feel comfortable calling the office as they were very rude to us upon check-in telling us that we could not partake in the “free” breakfast because we had too many kids. (It was stated that kids stay free and we were not planning to partake in any food consumption on this premises regardless- no need to be rude). Overall, very disappointing and we will all be showering as quickly as possible.
