I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. There was no heat. There was no hot water. I would not recommend this hotel. Arkansas in the winter no heat, or hot water.

Room was comfortable but it needs a deep cleaning...lots of corners being dirty. Needs to be updated...bathroom caulk needs replacing. I did like that there were floors and not carpet in a pet friendly room. We were in a no-smoking room but as soon as you open the door in the hall, all you smell is disgusting cigarette smoke...yuk.

Extremely dirty. I only stayed because I paid ahead. Smelled moldy in rooms. The only thing part way clean was the bath tub for taking a shower. Everything else was filthy.

The hotel was pretty dated and not terribly well maintained. We didn't need heat or air conditioning when we were there but if we had I think we would have been out of luck. Because neither would turn on.

Arrived at a very busy hotel. Given keys to our room. We opened our room door to someone else's stuff in our room! Previous tenant (in our room) was "not booked by his boss" for another evening and tenant was unaware of his boss's actions. Front desk said they had another room available for us, but it was smoking. I refused it as I "booked no smoking". Staff was professional, polite and apologetic but had no solution for us that was non smoking. I called Expedia and they found the only other hotel in Blytheville, AR with an available no smoking room. Tenant's boss made mistake with his employee's booking, not me! Super 8 and their staff should have handled this differently. Five stars for Expedia on this one.

No pool or gym. No elevator. Bed was awfully close to wall, I don't know how the housekeeper can make the bed. There wasn't anything that stood out that i liked.

No chain lock on the door. Light above bathroom sink wouldn’t fully light up. Long hairs stuck to shower walls. Furniture very old and beat up. Table lamps outdated AND rusty. Window very dirty and cracked. Breakfast was sad, nothing to drink, only waffles and stale cereal was available. I should’ve known with a 4.2/10 rating, but honestly that i think was a very generous rating. It was a quiet night of sleep at least.

All lamps and table tops, inside drawers have rusted. It was scary looking. No elevator. No fridge. No kleenex , one roll of toilet paper. One lamp with bare wires, dirty window frame beds looked clean but cigarette burns in bed spread.

I didn't like that it was right next to a very busy and noisy highway. I couldn't turn on the air conditioning because it was sending so much room sanitizer out in the room it burned my eyes, nose and lips. I couldn't open the window because of the noise. It was a hot and stuffy stay.

Stay was decent, considering I was in town for a tournament. But the hotel needs a major renovation (broken recliners, ceilings needed painting as did the walls, etc). Service was outstanding though.

Needed a location to crash for about 5 hours on our travels. We landed late and left early. Property was very dated and in major need of repairs - smelled of smoke and no elevators - just stairs. Not a problem for us but for some maybe a barrier. Bed was actually comfortable and noise level was quiet. We were on the 3rd floor though. For a very quick stay, it is functional.

Not to happy of the weed smell. The breakfast wasn't but cereal and waffles. Found a mask under one of the beds when i was getting dressed the next morning. I've stayed at this location numerous times and its going down with every stay.

The beds were nice and comfortable!There was water on the floor from the air conditioner I know it was hot when we were there ! The TV didn’t work we got new batteries for the remote but still didn’t work we just had to go to bed nothing else to do!Breakfast was ok didn’t offer milk or water and fruit no jellies for toast but it was Ok !

No elevator. I felt safe in the area. Convenient location. Could not tell if the sink & bathtub were stained or dirty. Same for the floors. Setting the water temp for the shower was not easy....the control did a 360 turn and finding the right spot was difficult. Room temperature was not easy to set, as the thermostat control on the wall was hard to reach and set. Bedding was clean and comfortable.

Place was overall dirty, reeked of smoke. Tried to eat a bowl of cereal at the breakfast and the milk was rotten. Also, some random dude walked into my room at midnight. Not sure how he got in.

This hotel is very dated, and needed to updated badly. Window had duck tape, room smelled, and needed aired out. Trash out front was overflowing. Inside halls needed vacuum and other areas swept. Breakfast was a joke, no fruit and had to ask for the coffee pot to be refilled. Would never recommend this hotel.

Manager gave us a different room after we told him the window was cracked/busted and room dirty -trash on floor. Second room was WORSE! We would’ve packed up and left but so tired from driving all day! We skipped showers and slept in our clothes! Very disgusting and creepy -I will never stay in another Super 8 again! And the smoke alarm was missing like someone ripped it off the wall.
