Service was outstanding, the hotel was accessible and conveniently located. My room was very clean, large and the housekeeping team was brilliant.

The Grosvenor House and staff were amazing . Nothing was too much trouble . We were upgraded to a suite which was incredible. I would never stay anywhere else in Dubai . The Buddha bar and pool and staff were our favourites .

Absolutely amazing place. I have been using it since 2014 and it has always been a pleasure. Every bit of it is superb. I miss the Turkish restaurant they had many years back.
