Great location close to beach and main pier but also on the edge of Kemptown. AC in the top room was very much appreciated during the heatwave. Very nice touches of having enough water and little chocolates in the room, and ice available from the kitchen and fruit in the dining area all day.

We had a wonderful first stay, lovely room, delicious breakfast and lots of lovely little touches to make it extra special. A fabulous B&B to stay in thank you.
