In room was some hairs left in bathroom and one of the towels was dirty. Looked like cleaned or not in a hurry.
Other than that hotel was ok. Located out of centre but no problem if have a car. Staff were friendly enough.

The room was clean and quiet and air conditioned. The shower and bath were very clean and nice. The staff was very helpful. I would recommend this property.

Good overnight stay, this hotel is on the outskirts of Pisa, easy access to/from the main road to Florence if arriving by car. EUR 15 taxi into/from town so practical base for a night or so if just looking for somewhere to sleep and you don’t intend to spend much time in the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It is really remote from the historical centre. A long walk through not very attractive streets.

Great location at the entrance to the Leaning Tower and cathedral, steps from Pisa Rosso train station. Staff super helpful. There’s no breakfast on-site but cafés are numerous in the area.

The staff are wonderful, very helpful, always smiling. The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment, so in some cases the wallpaper was coming off the walls, but the staff informed us this was receiving attention as part of the refurb.

This was a pre booked stay through hotels.com. My grandfather passed away during my travel & I had to go back home but the hotel refused to refund for one night despite the situation.

Hotel staff are really nice and welcoming but overall I did not enjoy my stay here. Firstly, I had very disruptive neighbours next door to me. The walls are very thin so you can literally hear everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. But not only that if your placed on the 4th floor, the ceilings are cracking. Very outdated hotel, not as clean as it states. Phone in room is outdated, it does not work lol. I couldn’t even call reception to actually make a complaint about the noise next door. Horrible stay I would not recommend or return.

coverings peeling off in the elevator is not a good sign.
The dining room was fine - when open but they had no lunch service and a vastly diminished menu on Sundays.
It is a ten Euro cab ride from the airport and they have no shuttle service.
Check in at busy times was slow and tedious.
Be aware that it is far from tourist sights if that's why you're going to Pisa

Good option for a night before a flight. Close to the airport and Staff friendly and accommodating. I wouldn’t recommend Pisa for longer than a day trip but this hotel seemed one of the best options for the area.

Very nice and clean hotel. the bed is very comfortable. Only limited public transport, but not too bad, taking taxi to to city centre or Pisa Tower only cost you EUR10 - 15.

The hotel is a bit tired, the photographs are maybe a bit old! The free parking and proximity to the airport for a one night stay was great for us. The breakfast was poor - cold eggs & bacon - but the staff were lovely.

Hotel is lovely clean and modern, great location only 15 euros to the leaning tower of Pisa. Don’t listen to the bad reviews it’s a lovely place to stay! Great service from staff all friendly and nice.
