The TV didn't work in the initial room. It took 45 min for someone to come to the room to try and fix it. We were given a new room right beside ours, which was convenient, but it took too long.
Our toilet clogged and when we called the front desk we were told nobody was on duty and that we could come down to the front desk and get a plunger. Apparently, when you stay here you actually become an employee.

The staff was nice, the rooms clean, but they put us in the worst room in the place.
The hotel was very empty on a Tuesday- Wed. Ground floor, next to the elevator. The worst part was the heater.. it would go on every 5 mins, first the ac would turn on the compressor, then heat, then turn off, sounding like a massive clunking, chugging, death, each time. We didn't sleep and it was almost amusing how horrible it was.
I was visiting DC for a conference for stage IV cancer patents that were miraculously still alive because of drug trials, I being one of them. I'm just happy to be alive, so I didn't complain, but you asked for my review, so here it is.

Would have liked an extra blanket. Great heating/ac. As we like a cold bedroom to sleep would have been nice to have a heating option for the bathroom; however the room heated back up quickly. Unfortunately the toilet stopped flushing properly during the night, but we reported it when we checked out so they could fix it promptly. Great breakfast option on premises. Our server was excellent.

Overall is not a bad stay but my room was not clean or refreshing at all. we had stay there 2 night 3 day. I ask the cleaner on our floor she say i have to call downstairs i felt that was a bit much i pay for the full service experience when i come backin my room it should have fresh towel and the trash should have been dispose and it was not plus i had my kids there poor service

There was an unpleasant odor on the first floor of the property. It seemed that maybe it was coming from the gas fireplace, but I'm not sure. But at one point I placed a towel in front of my door to prevent that odor from drifting into the room.
The front desk staff was underwhelming. There were times I had to wait a long time at the desk for staff to come from the back. One time, there was no one around and even when I called the front desk, there was no answer.

The front desk staff was very nice, with the exception of one gentleman, I can’t think of the 2 young ladies names at the front desk, they were awesome. Housekeeping was extremely snappy as I tried to ask for a towel when she was in the next room cleaning.
I will definitely return.

We chose this hotel because it had a hot tub,but that did not work. It doesn’t say that on your website our sink was leaking,we fixed that,we had no shampoo. I had went to the front desk and told him all this and asked if we could get an upgrade or something else because we are paying for amenities that we can’t use. Not a good overall experience. I will but a review on yelp and all

We really enjoyed our stay. I loved the breakfast and the kitchen/hospitality team was so amazing!

We were looking for a relaxing overnight stay as we traveled through Maryland. We arrived at about 7 pm. Our room was directly above the banquet room in which a very loud and boisterous event was being held. Finally at 10 pm, the noise stopped. 8 a m the next morning the event as well as the noise continued. The inconvenience could have very easily been avoided by booking the rooms that would be bothered by noise to those who were attending the event. When I brought the problem to the attention of the management, I was told they have no idea who was going to be attending the event. Anyone who knows anything about the hospitality industry, knows that when an event is booked, a block of rooms are also made available.
The hotel room was great as far as furniture and cleanliness, customer service is awful. Will not be staying again at this location!

We stayed here while we visited U Md. It was very convenient, easy to get to driving on unfamiliar roads and close to many restaurants and shops.

There were no safes in the rooms. They said they would bring me one but never did.
Door was very difficult to lock.
It was an OK stay but I’d probably stay somewhere else next time.

Convenient location if you don’t want to spend the extra money to stay in DC. Some interesting tourist spots nearby like NASA Goddard Visitor Center. Nothing fancy, but nice to not have to worry about paying for parking etc.

I would especially like to thank Shafaa and Krunal for helping us with our arrival. Our flight was delayed 6 hours and we couldn’t check in until 5:00 a.m. the next morning. They made adjustments to our reservation because of the inconvenience and made sure we had a room that was ready for us when we arrived. We had a great experience and are grateful for such a wonderful staff.

The ac in my room didn’t work. Also the jets or heater in the hot tub was broke. The ice machine only worked on one floor, the others was broke. And to top it off a fire alarm went off at 3:50 am in the morning all over the hotel that they couldn’t shut off for a hour and guest was leaving and really upset. When I made a complaint the manager lied so I wouldn’t be able to get my money back . Worse experience ever !

First off staff was awesome and very friendly. Hotel temperature was like 78 degrees thru out hotel. So hot in elevators and hallways. Breakfast was not included in stay, so no continental breakfast, indoor swimming pool was cold, the heater was broken. The meeting room had guests and they were so loud that you could hear it 2 floors up.
