Had an amazing time here! Very nice hotel, extremely clean, large room, very affordable for the area and loved how close it was to Disneyland. Will absolutely stay here again!

Great hotel in very convenient location to Disneyland and Anaheim Convention Center. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I like the body wash, shampoo, and condition bottles in the shower. Front desk personnel Khrysstelle was such a delight to have been greeted and serviced by.

Stay was great! They were very accommodating for everything I asked for.
My only small complaints were. The dolly cart was not a flat cart like most hotels so it made it a little harder to get all my stuff up to the room.
The other small issue was the elevator being super slow and only having the one near the room.

All the workers were great and very nice. Room was good. Close to everything. Only thing is the water wouldn’t be hot at times and has a poop smell. I know it’s nothing but it was really stinky anytime you would use the water. We had to leave the restroom door closed at all times it was so bad.

Had an amazing experience both in the room and at the bar. The bartender Jeff was top tier. Was very friendly and customer service was unmatched.

Pros: close to entertainment, beds were comfortable, the bartender was AWESOME, front desk was welcoming and friendly.
Cons: no hot water at all, water pressure was weak, when upstairs toilet flushes the the shower starts dripping and our toilet starts running, constant doors slamming, noise in the hallway was heard too easily.

Best hotel in Anaheim. Me and the homie went to Monday night Raw. Also the confortable beds and room was a good size room

Kids were running up and down the halls screaming at 6:30/7am.
Housekeeping then knocked ONCE at 8:00am on checkout day and proceeded to try and open our room door but luckily we had the extra lock latch on the top of the door. We did not choose to have housekeeping and our checkout was not until 11am. There is no reason for housekeeping to try and get into our room at 8:00am.

Our stay was nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Would have been nice to have a small microwave in the room, we were there for four days. Also we had call and wait for our room to be cleaned when we came back from being out all day.
Little things like that would have rated 5 stars.

Want to thank front desk staff especially Maddy for making my son’s 6th birthday extra special! Maddy was very professional and knowledgeable about all my questions, she made check in very easy and fast after a long day of driving. Thank you! The Marriott is Very very clean and quiet! I will be definitely be staying here a lot more.

Staff were very friendly, nice property and room. If you don’t want to be woken up around 8 am, make sure you hang the do not disturb sign. If you don’t, they’ll knock every hour or so. It would be nice if the hot tub remained open past 22:00 to better accommodate guests who stay at the Disneyland parks until close.

Overall had an absolutely amazing stay at Courtyard! Isaac, at the front desk, was so helpful and so sweet. There was a bit of trouble on the day of my checkout in regards to my car, and Isaac went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Very nice and clean room with an extremely comfortable bed and walking distance to Disneyland -- we walked to Toy Story Parking Lot and took the free shuttle (about 10 mins or less walking to the parking lot). Totally recommend and will definitely be staying here again!

My son and wife came back with bed bug bites. The room was by the exit door and too much noise.

Checking in was a breeze; Maddy was very friendly and very efficient. She even gave my daughter a couple of balloons that definitely added to the excitement. We experienced great customer service.
Then we got to the room. It was beautiful! We stay in Anaheim often, and this is definitely one of our favorites. Thank you!

Close to Disney and convention center. One of the elevators broke down the second day for the rest of the stay. Hot chocolate was offered on the first day in the lobby but not after. Over all a great experience.

We loved our stay here. Close to everything, it was very clean, staff was amazing especially Shad. Very friendly and professional and helpful. Beds and pillows were the best thing after a long day at Disneyland. We will be staying here in the future.

My trip was brief, however the most memorable part of my stay was the staff. Everyone was so kind and friendly. It made the experience even better, i felt safe and well taken care of. The difference was I could tell the staff was genuine and not faking their warmth.

This was easily one of our best stays around Disneyland. I am a magic key holder from a different state and we travel to the DLR at least once a month - we usually try to find the cheapest stay. To start this hotel ended up being significantly less expensive than other places in the area but you would never know. The hotel was amazing and the staff even more so. Khyrsstelle at the front desk went above and beyond from check in to check out. Our rooms were ready at 10:45 am when we got there with no absurd early check in fee. Our parking was comped and then after check out we realized my mom had misplaced her necklace. I called and spoke to Khrysstelle and she called me back within a half hour that they had found it and we were able to grab it before we left town. The staff was even nice enough to get us ice for our hydroflasks for the ride home. We will be staying again.

Good location but rooms are not insulated well. Also not the wisest idea to have house keeping clean rooms at 11pm that’s pretty hard to sleep through.

Key reader was not working, and My husband was holding my son for 25 mins. I visited the front desk, and lady was not apologize first time. The key was not working again.
All of them were busy. One guy was on the phone, and the lady who did not apologize was busy with other guests. So tired day, it was so inconvenient the key reader was not working.

Newly renovated this hotel is a great option when visiting Disney or the convention center. Our room was huge and so was the bathroom.

There was no security in the dark parking area for females. They charged me for parking and stated that they do not offer breakfast. In all the Courtyard Marriots that I have stayed while travelling have always offered free continental breakfast. This was not okay with me when being charged $150.00 a night.

Overall, we were happy with the stay here. The only complaint I have was the day we arrived there was absolutely no parking. The hotel is located in the same area as Ruth Chris's Steakhouse, so when I approached the hotel front desk about it they said the restaurant was possibly using the hotels parking area for overflow. After driving 6 hours, the last thing you want is to have to look for parking. They were kind enough to not charge us for parking during our stay, and they made accommodations in the parking lot for us to park our cars. Otherwise, the staff were very friendly, the hotel was very clean, the rooms were nice and the beds very comfy. We would definitely stay here again.
