Our stay was fair. It seems like the city is very small, but I myself like it that way. I don’t like SoCal traffic so staying in the outskirts is good for

Demanded $20 cash to use TV remote. Poor customer service, difficult staff and seemed unused to travelers.

The room smelled like smoke and very musty....

Literally killed a dozen roaches, towels were stained, WiFi didn’t work half the time. Rooms were filthy with way over due on work needed to be done. Shower leaked constantly, would never go there an again.

Other residents were some kind of government place bet scheme for homeless.

We stayed twice at this hotel giving it a chance because of the convenience to CSUN but horrible experience both times. No internet service in two different stays so if you need internet for business or school forget about this hotel. Not sure why it is called hotel if O have stayed in much better motels than this. Too much noise from the street, I guess cheap windows and walls that can’t stop much noise. Dirty carpet all around, I will never stay again in this place! 😡😡

Bugs!! When I first arrived to the room, there were roaches and bugs all over especially in the bathroom. I stayed at the motel for an extended weekend. Thank God for a 24hr fitness down the street where I took my showers. I tried to use a microwave only to find roaches inside. There were roaches near the bed. The chair looks soiled from previous guest. The walls were stained. I used the refrigerator once only to have my drink freeze. The only good part was that my stay was very quiet and safe.

It wasn't terrible but I don't think I'd stay here with my family. The staff was very friendly and reassuring that it's a safe area they have a gated section for your car. Unfortunately there was a cockroach in the bathroom. But it wasn't noisy so I slept well, I don't know how the TV worked lol

Had a bad leg and had to take a room on the 2nd floor and no elevator. Outside steps up were dangerous. Room air conditioner was 8 feet high and could not reach. TV was worthless. Most stations would not come in and all snowy excrept for a couple. Bathroom toilet tub area was just enough room to turn around in and in bad condition. No wifi! Parking area was ok and secured. Thankfully only had to stay 2 nights while most time spent with relatives.
Definitely would not recommend or stay again!

Its a hotel built out of an old apartment building. It gets the job done. No hassle. Its not the four seasons, but what is.

The only good thing was the bed was comfortable and had clean sheets
The tv had more snow the Canada in January
Repair staff didn’t speak English and seemed to say “you get what you pay for “

Overall it was a nice stay. Evening Staff who helped me check in was so friendly and helpful. My only 2 negatives were I reserved a king bed and got a double and the shower was broken and had no hot water. The room was comfortable and just the right amount of pillows - which was 4 yay. Other than the 2 negatives mentioned above it was overall good and I would stay again.

It’s was okay for sleeping in the rooms where a bit out dated and not the best looking but it was a clean bed to sleep in only issue the walls are super thin and everything could be heard

This is an older motel that appears to have been around since the 60's. The room I was in was clean and spacious but had cracks in the tile floor and the walls were in need of a repaint. I did like the inclusion of a "Kitchen" room with full fridge, sink and microwave though. The shower was pleasant, and the bedroom included a decent sized flatscreen TV. The bed was a bit harder than I would have preferred too. I was also disappointed to notice that the pool was locked up and unreachable.

Girl upfront very nice... building is ok, better then most of the other motels afound here... pool is a plus, clean, quit, safe. Around the building is an eyesore.

Run down hotel with a lot of homeless people around and a lot of drug users with very limited parking. Poor customer service at the front desk like no one was there to help when you needed it. The room smelled horrible with a tv that didn't even work. Be aware there is no phone in the room.

Parking is a little small but check in was super easy. Girls are check in are always welcoming and helpful. Stayed twice already both times have been great stays never any problems. Some air conditioning in some rooms aren’t the best but still good place to stay.

Front desk woman named Christina is a "Karen"for real.very rude ready to kick out and refund your money which she can't through a 3rd party.very ignorant angry person.that hates customers or people.would not recommend this place to no one the worst hotel I have ever stayed at

The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming. They got me checked in quickly. There was a cash deposit for the parking pass but was given right back at check out. The room was nice and home like not like a regular hotel style. Furniture is a little worn out but for the price it’s okay. Very quiet place you don’t hear anyone around. I would recommend staying here better than a lot of other places around the area.

Didn’t like it at all. There was people drinking in the parking lot like it was an apartment complex not an Inn. Like I said will never use this place again. Felt so unsafe

This place is so dirty. When we open the room, there are so many flies. When we try to find the wall plug and have to push the table over, the bugs are crawling everywhere. The internet is not working as it advertised. Do not choose this place unless you have no place to stay.

Moses did a great job checking us in after hours. The five hour drive and not knowing the area he put me at ease. It's not the Ritz but the service was excellent. Clean room and towels. Coffee and fruit was available.

SPANISH GUY on STAFF at front desk is big time lier.. He did say on call that he will give us room as we request 2 hours before checking and than when he went he lied that he wasnt took any request and finally accepted he missed it. When his ego hurt that we caught his lied he didnt give me room saying that I have right not to give the room and didnt refund the money. DO NOT EVEN GO TO THIS PROPERTY...I NEVER STAYED THERE.

Bragged about reconditioning but it was poorly done. Wood screws were exposed for example, cabinets didn't fit and were worn and chipped. Had to leave a $10 deposit for the TV remote control. Towels were small and there were too few of them. Curtain on outside window was extremely thin and let street light into the room all night. Bed blanket was very thin. Only good part was the guy behind the office counter.

The room was not clean. The toilet had a poop stain. The staff was slow and seemed either incompetent or like they just didn’t care. Customer service is definitely not a priority.

The staff is very friendly, but the good news ends there. This place needs to be torn down. The floors were sticky, chipped paint all over, tv had a snowy signal, the shower needed crime scene tape. No way would i ever recommend staying here. I would recommend that hotels.com remove this hotel from its property list before they become liable.
