The interior of the room was adequate albeit, dated. The exterior showed signs of past wear & tear. You certainly get what you pay for, The staff were welcoming & attentive.

Booked a king room for 2 adults. The room is nice and big but here are my issues: • no bathroom tissue (good thing we're prepared, experienced travelers, and had some in the car) • the bathroom/shower area is rather small/cramped (good water pressure though) • there were only 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel, 1 floor towel, and two small bath towels for 2 adults • there were two small pillows that when you lay on them it was like nothing was there, so asked for two more and got them within a few minutes • the cable box wasn't working, so we called front desk about it and the young gentleman (clerk) acted like it was a bother to have to come and fix it • the mattress was very hard (firm) and could barely move the next morming. *** They were not accomodating with either changing the mattress or letting us switch rooms. We were told that we couldn't switch rooms because then they would have to have the cleaners clean 2 rooms instead of 1 • speaking of cleaners, our room wasn't even cleaned. I don't think they even went into the room

Hi my name is Shahram. I booked this so called motel from Expedia and moved there by 4 nights. I DO NOT recommend this terrible place to any one. Dirty, noisy and unsafe. We waited 2 hours in a cold night for the man who was managed this place. We called several times but there were no answer. Finally we found him sleepy and high. He couldn't walk and he was not oriented and paired. I'm so sorry to tell you that in this place you are not guests. Just you have a key and a dirty and smoky room to stay

Old beds, screen door that won’t close, bathroom door that does not fit, old loud AC, no ice machine, bathroom had some work but not good. A cheap place to stay so sleep and go.

We had a great stay. The ability to drive directly up to the room door. Sit outside enjoy the sunshine. The room was freshly renovated with all new furnishings. Bathroom was bright, clean with new vanity toilet and shower. A/C worked excellent and we had a great night sleep.

Loved the fact that it was on Little Lake. My mom grew up in little lake area, but not this Little lake. Never knew any other little lake exsisted other than the one 4 hrs south of here

This place was absolutely disgusting. We walked into our room and within 15 mins checked out. There were stains everywhere, cob webs, and dirt all over the wall. The guy behind the counter was incredibly understanding and gave us a full refund.

Great location and friendly staff BUT!!! Rooms were not clean, and there was empty alcohol bottle under bed and hair under sheet in the bed. Bathrooms were full of hair and debris from previous users. :( You get what you pay for, but cleanliness should be a given in todays age!

Thank you to staff for being honest and returning the cell phone we left behind. The area was noisy at night with other guests partying outside and then fighting. In a previous visit it was noisy but no fighting. If in the area again we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here. Redone rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable and it they are very well-priced.

The price was reasonable, considering all the other hotels are absolutely ridiculously overpriced! The rooms are outdated and can use a lot of TLC! Our room smelled like smoke, the lamp shade was broken, the room was dark, and they didn’t have a blowdryer. The property has a lot of potential if they stay on top of the upkeeping. Great location, and the staff were accommodating and friendly.

This property appears to be used for social housing - complete with individual toting two naloxone kits (injectable to counteract drug overdoses) on belt. A woman in upper level were acting in hysterical manner. There is no breakfast although clearly advertised on Expedia page. Towel rack was broken off. No security chain on door. Front sliding window is broken - anyone would climb into room. Sheet was put on wrong side up making me wonder how clean was it. Shampoo has to be opened with a knife. Staff were helpful with other asst problems when raised. There was plenty of hot water and excellent access to adjacent Little Lake park.
