They always make my trip to PR enjoyable. The staff are so accommodating and the beds, pillows and linens are clean and comfortable! The rooms are always kept clean along with the pool!! I really enjoy staying here and recommend it!

The room was clean. The pool water was hot, check in was at 3pm and after, not a minute sooner. I was told all rooms were on the first floor but they weren’t. No elevator only stairs. No complimentary breakfast but there’s plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Couldn’t connect to wifi but my phone service was good. Staff didn’t talk or interact with anyone but the two ladies that helped checked me in were great. I enjoyed my stay there as it was only 3 mins from the airport and about 15 mins anywhere else in San Juan.
