Hi everything was great, except it wasn’t disclosed that the pool was under construction.

It was cool and spacious. You can tell comforters aren’t washed but we brought our own cover. Other than that all else was clean.

The hotel is banged up a little and could use some TLC. The planks in the kitchen areas are damaged in 100% of the rooms we were in as a family group. There was also scuff marks on many walls and other damage in rooms. But with that being written, there are way worse places to stay.

We wanted to swim with our 8 and 9 year old. After booking a non refundable around 9am the morning of arrival, my wife encouraged me to call and make sure the pool was open (as that was why we were paying $200plus) The front desk said the pool is and has been closed for maintenance. They would not offer us a refund, as we had to do that thru hotels.com. (This was at 10:30 in the morning. I worked in the hotel business for years and non letting someone cancel at that time in the morning would have been unthinkable in our business) After two phone each to hotels.com and the property I realized I was just getting the runaround. I have been a loyal Hotels.com customer for years and this is the last time I will use them.
Thankfully, our credit card company stood by us thru this fraud.
Hotels.com must have been bought out, because it is a sad time for Captain Obvious.

Didn’t get the room I paid for. I was told that it was booked that way even though I had a reservation with it clearly saying we had TWO BEDS and a PULL OUT COUCH.

One front desk worker very overwhelmed. Walls in hallways are scratched up, outlets exposed, broken closets, dirty bathrooms, leaking faucets, hairy bed linens, broken air units, exposed wires, pull out bed no linens, pool shutdown, very little water, tv with no remote. We came here for the indoor pool and it was not even open. Very disappointing!! I will not stay here ever again. I will request a full refund for the inconvenience. We travel from another state to surprise my son in college and this ruined everything. Hotel needs a lot of updating, more staff, help with the cleanliness. I don’t recommend this hotel for anyone. I have pictures to prove everything I’ve written above.
Oh I forgot to mention the back entrance door is broken so anyone can access the hotel whether you have a key or not. That is violating every paying customers SAFETY. I will make sure everyone involved with the whole process is notified until something is done. That is truly a lawsuit. This hotel has so many code violations and they should not be open for business.

Check in was quick and easy. Our rooms were excellent! We got king suite with full kitchen for an amazing price. 133.00 the rooms were clean and smelled good. Really fluffy pillows.

It’s a nice hotel for the price.. breakfast had mold growing on the bagel and the milk was clunky. Had some burn damage on the carpet in the room but overall. It was a nice play with a friendly staff.

They gave us a room with a broken toilet and we had to switch rooms. We dealt with a room that reeked for over 10 hours. Staff was nice and said they would give us half off for that day.... and never did that. Absolutely avoid that hotel.

I like the front entrance and the staff. I would say they have a lot of things to fix up. The hallway wallpaper was coming off some of the halls, bathroom had cracks in the tile, couple stains here and there that kind of made it a little gross. It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t exceptional. They should also have more garbage cans or a bigger one in the kitchen since there was a kitchen area. The breakfast was definitely a plus as well and you could fit a ton of people to eat. All in all decent but lots of cosmetic things that added up. And the pool was not open when we visited they looked like they closed it or were fixing it. They do have plenty of elevators also some sound a little scary to ride though.

Boiler was out and we were not told upon check in. Communication was terrible. Very disappointed in management. Housekeeping and maintenance were both friendly and courteous

The rooms definitely need to be updated for the price! The rooms was dirty after waiting an extra hour for my room to be ready. A table was broke in my room and there was no hot water for my stay. The hallway floors was dirty. The coolers in the lobby were empty.

The people were very nice but we didn’t have any hot water in our shower and the pool was closed which we were looking forward to.

Was not clean. Stains on sofas and chairs in the common areas. Desk person did not greet us. Outside side door continued to be left open

Furnace did not work and water was cold in the shower. No one ever came to check on the furnace even though they said they would send someone. Never stay here again.

Well. Room 136 Handicap accessible bathroom was provided BUT very little hot water and the pull down shower chair was filthy underneath with grunge and black mold! Also the room was the very farthest away from the lobby breakfast area. With a spouse that uses a walker this was impossible. The exit door of the hall was there also and very loud slam each time some went through it. Not good!
Front desk staff were extremely rude towards me when we arrived at 4 pm and was told room not ready yet. No compassion or explanation just you can wait in the lobby. Once the room was ready she suggested we walk outside to get to our room. What? Below 30 degrees with a walker. When I asked if they could assist finding us an appropriate room she said no it was out of order so I ask for refund to go somewhere else. Said that was impossible until manager came in next morning so I ask her to call and get permission she said she had no phone number for her.
Room was ok but no information book and we couldn’t get phone to work. No bed skirt and carpet was stained.

Check in went smoothly. The front desk lady was super nice. I get to my room, as I’m walking towards the door, the door was left open, I walked in the room to take a look around it was urine left in the toilet. So I go get another room. In this second room, the door was left open as well. Pulled the sheets back and I see hair, took the sheets off the bed cause I seen a big spot under the fitted sheet and it’s a big stain on the bed. Went downstairs to tell the lady at the front desk about the situation again, she explains to me that she doesn’t have any more rooms as of yet because everything is booked. So I’m like just put me back in the room I originally had because I just seen a housekeeper come out of there. I’m assuming he was cleaning the toilet. But yea this unacceptable. Water don’t get hot, heat don’t work, some of the channels don’t work, and shower curtain filthy..smh..I could’ve stayed at a motel how these rooms look. I need a full refund..smh..this my second time editing this because I’m steady finding things..I’m taking this to corporate..this was a review I’ve put on Google with pics

I invited my family l( girl cousin’s)to the hotel for a sleepover and when we went to put sheets on the pull out sofa, it had a big nasty stain on the mattress. The hotel was booked solid and was not able to accommodate the situation. Two of the girls who were at the sleepover left. It totally ruined my birthday.

The hotel is a little 'worn,' but the location was great and the staff very good. Biggest concern is there is absolutely no signage marking the entrance, and the only place with the name is on the side of the building behind some trees.

Needs to be updated drastically. The bathroom was bad, toilet and sink backed up, low quality body wash and shampoo, towels were small and old. The bedding subpar and the wrong size but the mattress was decent. The ac system was extremely loud and in-efficient

Avoid this hotel at all costs! It was one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed in. There was an open can of Skoal in the bathroom, visible bugs on the pull-out couch, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and the floor was sticky. A continental breakfast is included in your stay however my family would not even enter the breakfast area because the rest of the hotel was so filthy. There was spilled food on the hall carpets in piles that stayed there for hours. We asked for more towels at our arrival (4pm) and finally went down after trying to contact the front desk for 30 minutes to get them ourselves after 10 pm to be told they didn’t have any more towels. We were then given half wet shower mats and told those would have to do. The desk attendant was very rude and unprofessional. Upon check out we asked for a receipt and were told the printer stopped working, although we had just witnessed the customer in front of us receiving a printed receipt.
Hilton should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this establishment to carry its name. It is such a shame, the place has so much potential due to its proximity to the amphitheater. I guess they can run it however they want since they are located so conveniently close. We had a blast at the concert and will absolutely come back to the amphitheater, but will stay somewhere else next time and opt to drive and park. We will NEVER be back at this establishment and will avoid all Hilton affiliate’s in the future.

We got to our room and immediately had to leave for a concert we were in town for. When we got back it was late so we didn’t really inspect anything until I woke up because the sheet on the bed rolled up onto me. I got up to fix it and it was so disgusting. Blood stains and pee stains all over the fitted sheet under the sheet i was laying on. Then i looked around the room. Food from previous party all over the floor, pubes on the bloody pee stained sheet on our bed, hair all over the bathroom floor, clipped toenails on the floor, dust caked on the ceiling fan, the lamp shades and the baseboards. Used dirty rags hanging in the shower. I couldn’t go back to sleep after that. I was horrified. I tried to complain to the desk the next morning but the woman working was on the phone and didn’t look up to acknowledge us. This was a horrible experience. I shouldn’t have to inspect a hotel room. It should at least be vacuumed. I have more pictures with the toenails, pubes and pee stains but it won’t let me upload enough photos.

These people double charged me! I paid through orbitz in July and then they charged me directly on my card after I left the hotel! Apparently they do this a lot because a manager told me they are working on it.. I've been trying to get my money back for 3 weeks and nothing! About to initiate a dispute with my credit card company.. not only that but the rooms are gross, broken door handles and lamps, rust stains in the bathroom and the carpet is sticky- don't walk around barefoot!

Very disappointing. We have always enjoyed staying at Home 2 Suites but this location is awful. As we are entering our room we witnessed cleaning crew across the hall on the phone yelling and cussing. Cleanliness of the rooms were not as they should be. Advertise they have a shuttle service however we were unable to use it as we were told "i havent seen anyone but you can walk to your destination." We then had an added expense for an uber as we were not prepared for a 15min walk. We didn't have access to the fitness center or the pool due to maintenance. Morning bagel was stale. The only positive was a comfortable bed. We will not be back.

Entrance to the hotel has no signage or indication where you enter. There is one sign on the building you can see from the road, but if you do not come from that direction you may have issues finding it.
The hotel next door appeared to be shut down and had the doors cracked open.
Decent middle location for the area. Gas station is close. Casino is a short drive and the amphitheater is a 10-15 min walk.
Our room had issues:
1) When we got in the room it was 87 degrees. It took the AC all night for it to cool down to the 78 we set it to.
2) Ceiling fan in the room had one of the blades broken off. Found it in one of the drawers.
3) Multiple stains on the carpet and the kitchen area had some tears in the flooring.
4) Bathroom was relative small. Location of door swings directly where you would be on the toilet. The lights flickered like you were in a horror movie and made a snapping sound when turned on. Crack in the shower, some what appeared to be black mold underneath it, and the handle in the shower was not secured.
5) Deadbolt easily unlocked if door handle is turned anyway on the inside. Doesn't feel very secure.
6) Bed was pretty comfy. Could easily hear anything in hallways.
Reported issues to staff next morning and said couldn't do anything since not reported in 30 minutes of getting the room. Said they would let manager know and briefly spoke to manager on checkout and they said they would "have maintenance check it". Expected more. No compensation. Meh stay.

Front desk answered all my questions and was super nice. I called in the morning at 9am on Sept 9th. I dont remember her name but she was awesome. The room is spacious and clean.
