Horrible experience staying here

Decent location

Moldy bathroom with no ventilation. Fold out couch bed was full of food from previous people. Gym did not have any type of sanitizing system. Couch had blood stains.

Room was clean and daily housekeeping was available the rest was total garbage and not worthy of positive comments. See my long explanation of bad service below

Upon arrival there was a lobby full of guests waiting for housekeeping to clean rooms so we could check in. We all had to wait until 7pm before we could get in our rooms. The next 3 days I witnessed the same nonsense for other guests. Housekeeping randomly enters your room without knocking even with do not disturb sign on the door. Breakfast is available between 7 and 10 however they randomly close for 15 minutes during this time and tell you to come back later. Asking for basic guest information from the desk staff gets short one word snotty answers. Bums!

Overall, it was a nice stay.

During this stay, the staff was very helpful and professional.

The only snag in my stay was my room did not have a hair dryer.

Pleasant

The location was good.

Our room stunk. And there was food still in the floor when we got there in the closet was a banana pepper we noticed there was not fire alarm but the biggest issue was the smell. It was a weird smell that we couldn't figure out. They also didn't clean room the time we were there and we didn't put the sign on the door for them not too. We needed new towels and trash taken out but they never did. We stayed 2 nights and normally rooms are cleaned daily unless u request them not to be

Disappointed!

The staff was friendly and nice!

No free breakfast! Along with not too many options! What are people that do not consume pork or meat supposed to eat here? Bread? Pool was not open! Bar and lounge was not open! All the reasons I booked this hotel I was not able to utilize any of it! I most definitely will not be back! I rather book at the Holiday Inn down the street from there near Dave & Busters!

I would go back. I’ll just eat elsewhere for dinner and avoid the front desk.

clean, quiet and the beds we’re comfortable restaurant staff was very friendly in the AM

most of the front desk staff I encountered were very grouchy. They didn’t offer clean towels or to dump the trash. The restaurant/bar was supposed to be open until 9/10 and when I got back from the hospital at 8 after not eating all day it was closed.

convenient to airport

was disappointed with the shuttle only two times in am. Felt it was misleading with the parking and shuttle service. So we ended up going to airport to park. Also had to pay for breakfast of other two staying, only get one pass for breakfast. Then after I paid for two breakfast Chef called in that day. So needless to say left and went to airport to have breakfast and park.

The receptionist was extremely unfriendly and rude. Not helpful at all. I've never encountered such a rude person.

It is okay but not the Holiday Inn of old.

The Holiday Inn is clean. All room facilities worked well. Staff was friendly and responsive.

The elevators were broken the first day and guests used the service elevator. None of the ice machines worked.. Had to have my room key cards reprogrammed three times. There was no soap nor shampoo in the room when I checked in. Trash remained in the waste baskets from previous guests. The fridge has no freezer compartment.

Front desk staff and restaurant waitress were all very pleasant and helpful. Very comfortable bed.

Breakfast menu was good. One entree was a large enough portion for 2 of us to share.

2 lightbulbs we're out in our room. We told the staff at the desk after checking in in the evening and they were replaced the next morning.

Elements restaurant - very relaxed - good prices

Things that are not in your control - too many people - can barely walk around. I have to be very alert driving. Do you need to build more hotels? Will this madness ever settle down?

the room was nice but the bathroom was not for elderly visitors,

The room itself was nice. The facility was clean.

Had issues with my reservation. The hotel had not processed my reservation at the time of my arrival and had delayed getting the room after a long drive. The bathroom toilet was too low, and the shower did not have safety strips I almost fell twice in the shower the room was not cleaned and I had to get my own towels. the phone was not connected so there was no way to call for help or anything from the front desk. I was in room 705. also no ice anywhere

Location

Once we got there we were charged another $25 for incidentally fees. The gal in front of me in line paid $20 less than I did for her room. She was also upset about the fee. The phone was ringing off the hook. A male staffer had a phone on speaker at the front desk and was asking if this was the person who just called and cussed him out. Not sure what it was about. Drunk women bringing in a giant package of water on the hotel cart laughing and greeting anyone they came in contact with. Our bathroom wasn't super clean.

The bed was fine

I was told over the phone the parking was free when for 7 days it was not. I was told I could and arrange for the shuttle if I called before my return flight even if was going to be a few minutes after shuttle hours. I called and that was a no. There was no remote in the room. The receptionist did find one that worked after several tries. There is better options if you want to park and fly.

Over priced and not a very clean place.

The location.

The floor was nasty in the hallway and there was not AC in the hallways. People were smoking weed in the stair wells and rooms. The front area was totally choas with large groups of people running around and cluttering up the entry. Bathroom door handle was broken and wouldn't lock.

not likely to return, or suggest it to anyone

the room was okay

the breakfast was okay, but service was terrible. When we called hotel to see if they shuttle to concert we were told yes. When we got there we were told there was a fee for shuttle. When we got to concert the shuttle person told us where he would pick us up. We along with 14 other people stood there, we called and he kept saying he was on his way. 1 hour and half later he picked us up but about 2 blocks from where we were told to wait.
