Not sure if one bed was clean. Turned back the covers and the linen seemed wrinkled and speckled with lint. It was late, slept in the clean bed with my daughter. Everything else was acceptable.

Wasn’t as nice as I thought it would be. Directions were not clear to access gym. All bottles in shower were empty. Tv did not work (but was fixed while we were gone to event).

Please was clean, but a mirror was broken. Guest next door was extremely drunk, and sounded like he was hitting his female companion. The view was awful, just the parking lot and and ruff of other buildings.

Room was clean except the full length mirror had spots (water spots??) over about 50% of the surface. The sink faucet had reduced pressure making it difficult to wash my hair on the morning that I didn’t want to shower. Also, when I checked in, the person at the counter didn’t offer any info about parking in the parking ramp behind the building which was so much more convenient than walking up the 28 steps from the front parking lot to the main entrance. If I hadn’t seen the parking ramp out my room’s window I would never had known to ask about it. Also, for what we paid to stay there without a complimentary breakfast layout, they could have included a voucher for coffee and an item at their only breakfast cafe. Other than those minor details all was good. Slept well and Loved the blockout screens!!

Booked a newer room deluxe king and the hotel overbooked their rooms and ended up in an older room with double beds. Not exactly how I wanted to spend our date weekend

The hotel workers were nice and friendly. The lady who checked me in was knowledgeable and amazing. She made sure to make me feel welcomed and even went over the different restaurants with me. Our only complaint was our toilet was messed up so you had to manually reach in the backand push the flapper part down. We did not mention it until we left, but i am sure they wouldve fixed promptly if we had asked. The bed was comfortable, but the middle section was loud and made lots of noise if you moved. I am guessing it was due to a king mattress on 2 twin sized box springs.

Check in took over 45 minutes and management to figure out how to do it. They kept wanting us to pay again, Even though we already paid and had receipt proof of that. The room was clean, the bed was about as comfortable as a thin sheet with metal underneath it. As you would move, the metal under the mattress would snap and pop The room with ice and water dispenser and vending machines smell like a cross of mold, mildew and piss. The floor was so sticky and I was stuck to it as you tried to walk We were given noon checkout each day. On Sunday as I was taking stuff to the car, I returned to the room at 11:35 and I was locked out. I had to go back to the front desk and someone escorted me to my room to check for anything left over

Room 204 smelled upon arrival. Think the sink pipes need to be cleaned. Ac would not cool very well and it’s 45-50 degrees outside. Only had one friendly bar tender. Had a fruit fly in gin at one bar. Bartender seemed unphased. No apology. This used to be a great place going back to players island then harrahs. Now seems less games and is getting run down fast. Everywhere you look ceiling or floors need help. Too bad this used to be really cool with the saltwater fish tank you could play at the bar and relax.

I’ve stayed before and it seems they’ve remodeled the rooms. The barn doors on the bathrooms are very non-private and the rooms are pretty small for what they are charging. I don’t like getting in the shower to turn it own, I prefer water be warm when I get in. Not fond of the guessing game. We had a double queen and it was just really small. My son had a king, he said the same thing… no room to move around really but it was ok I guess. Your staff was amazing though Everyone so nice I like that about your casino One thing I did notice people were smoking in non smoking areas. May seem petty but those of us that can’t tolerate smoke well, bad lungs, allergies, etc…we appreciate the non smoking areas

I felt the the room description was way off I picked the king suit that sleeps 3. It does not sleep three there is no pull out sofa in the sofa. You sleep on the cushions that were not wide enough to sleep on. They offered to bring a cot up but that was for a child. They did put us in the small two queen room they said they did not have the bigger queen room available.

Everything was nice.Rooms clean bed very comfortable. The parking was not clear. They put a sticker to tow my vehicle on my window and I have a nice car. I stayed for a week! So my recommendation is at check in guest should be told where to park or give a parking pass with the key. I am still trying to get that stuff off my window. Now that was very upsetting. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and plan to return.

I have zero complaints. I reported the handle in the shower was maybe stripped because I couldn’t get it to turn. Left for a few hours and when I came back there was a note in the shower. It said pull the handle. Nothing was wrong with the shower, it was ME. Lol! The jacuzzi tub in the bathroom was awesome. Everyone at the front desk was very nice and professional. Casino was nice. I would definitely stay again. If you like spicy creole food, go try Shay’s Creole Smoke House. I’m from Louisiana but was very impressed with the gumbo, ettoufee, red beans. The smoked cherry cobbler was delicious. It’s only a few minutes drive away and was well worth it. Thanks Hollywood Casino for making this a great trip!

Front desk service was exceptional. The lobby, building, elevators were all clean and smelled ok. The hallway coming off the elevator to get to our room smelled like awful sewer pipe backup. Actually it smelled so bad all the way to our room that we couldn’t stand it and switched rooms. The first room, the bed had a stain on it and the pillows were not bed pillows. They were like square decorative pillows. The second room had regular pillows. That being said if I ever needed to stay in the hotel again I think I would. It was a reasonably priced hotel for the area. We don’t didn’t even come here to go to the casino.
