Went for an event in Phoenix about 10min away from hotel. We checked in and the lady was super over it like she wanted to go home. We got second floor room near a stairwell at least. No clue where the elevators were. Room was clean, AC worked great, Fridge was cold, Bathroom spotless. Only had one towel and there were two of us staying for 3 days. One of us has long hair lol. Overall perfect for basic needs.

The bathroom was in fair condition. The attendant did not clean the toilet. When asking for a new face cloth, I was handed two bars of soap. There were no "non- slide "strips in the tub and no hand rail. It was very slippery and I was fearful of falling. The safe did not work. The phone did not work. My bed was not made. I did not eat any breakfast sessions. I felt since the room and service lacked, I did not dare to eat.
There was construction on the adjacent room. When I was leaving my room one morning, A work cart was blocking my door.
I will not come back to this hotel.

Old, dated, rooms smell, and dirty.
The price for two nights was $525.00 and I think it was outrageous for the condition of the full building in general.
Will not recommend and will never stay there again.

Arrived to find extremely thin mattress which felt like sleeping on bare springs and made noise exhibiting the same when you change positions in bed. TV only had one channel. People loitering that looked like homeless. Good side was staff was very friendly, and we used the 10% off at Black Bear Diner where we had a great breakfast. Overall, l would not recommend this property due to external doors presenting a security risk, discomfort of bed, tv channel situation mentioned above, and we noticed a lack of cleanliness in the pool (which we did not use but walked past) shown by streaks of clean next to streaks of dirt on the bottom. Finally, we paid $250 for one night at this hotel which was not warranted for what we received. Price was jacked way up due to Nascar week, which actually ended 4 days prior to our stay, and because of spring training, which, by the way, there are no games in close proximity.

For the price point, exactly what you would expect. Service was great and staff was friendly. Bonus points for having a Black Bear Diner in the parking lot and getting a 10% discount showing your room key. The room was clean, minus the toilet/shower room having obvious signs of past use. The bed itself was NOT comfy but the pillows were great. The bed squeaked any time you moved. The A/C was cold and worked well.

We were in town for a wedding and couldn't have picked a better hotel or location. It was pet and family friendly, everyone was so nice. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and bar during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The lighting in the bathroom was totally inadequate, the bathroom door hit the toilet and would not open completely, inside was reasonably clean but the outside was grimey and needed a least a broom cleaning. We stayed four days and the room was made up only once. Was charged a $20 early check-in fee even tho the room was ready. Hotel is adjacent to I10 and weatherstripping on the door was missing letting in the 24 hr traffic from the adjacent I10 interstate. Only redeeming aspects were comfortable mattresses and plenty of hot water.

The staff here is great! The hotel is awful though. Ghetto, smells like cigarettes, pool and hot tub not working. We checked out after an hour.

Not a bad stay, but nothing special. Older property with many units. staff was nice. have to ask for towels , coffee if you stay more than one day. Direct TV went down for a few hours.Over priced in my opinion but it was during spring training so they can get it

Overhaul the room was very clean. The only two issues I found were on the wooden base of the bed near the front of the bed. There was a screw that was sticking out about 1/2 inch. Got my ankle a couple times.
The only other issue I found was in the shower. There was no shower liner to keep the water in the tub. There was just the cloth the shower curtain.

Wasn't the best or the worst hotel. Rooms need to be updated soon. Dog friendly and great grass area. Walking distance to a few good restaurants. Also 10% off black bear.

To be honest, I booked a non smoking room. As a non smoker, I can smell smoke. The room had obviously been a smoking room as it smelled like stale cigarettes. I think it probably needs to be painted to remove the smell. It’s disappointing when I pay $130 - I was charged $30 for my dog, and I get a room that smells like cigarettes.

Upon checking in the bartender ran into the lobby, stating that the previous guest was buying drugs in the parking lot. The front desk employee walked away from me, went outside to see what was going on and just left me at the desk upon checking into my room it was very apparent that the room was dirty. The lampshade was torn, toilet, was clogged and overflowing, the area was completely unsafe extreme noise. It was more of a flop house than a hotel. I did not stay there the second night and asked for a refund and was told that I had to contact orbits orbits then told me I had contact quality in and it’s just been a runaround. I am not happy and I’m still waiting to have this issue resolved. I did not stay my second night I checked out.

First and foremost is the room was filthy. It hadn’t been vacuumed or the floors mopped. The water pressure was terrible and the shower leaked all over the floor. The shower head broke off and I had to screw it back on. The bed was so uncomfortable (horrible).
They did offer to move us but they showed us the same room that was exactly like ours. They were apologizing for everything but offered nothing.
Their solution for water on the floor was extra towels to soak up the water, they added an additional shower curtain.
We left a day early because it was horrific. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else other than here. I did ask for a refund for the one day left but I was informed by the clerk at the front desk that because we chose to book through Expedia that no refund was warranted and he suggested that I book through them in the future. I asked for the manager but I was dismissed even though the manager was sitting in a little office by the front desk.
I will give shout out to the lady that was working the breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. She was lovely. She probably should be promoted to manager.

As clean and good smelling the room was and the great staff, this property can only be described as run-down. Best example: the pillows: 4 tiny pillows to a king bed that wouldn’t cover even one side of the bed. No more pillows were available because housekeeping was closed.
We only needed a room at the inn so to speak and we made it work. Clean, clean!

I could see bathroom was updated fairly recently but noted for seniors there was nothing in tub/ shower to steady ourselves in getting in or out. Most of us need a little something to feel secure climbing in & out

Our visit was very nice. The staff was so nice. Helpful and happy. Schaut was an amazing blessing. Visited with us while we had breakfast and listened while we shared. A true gem. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Day 1, had to get the comforter changed out because the one that was on the bed had noticable stains and the pillows smelled like old people sweat and had to request new pillows. Had to hold down the toilet flusher to flush and the bed was not comfortable. One side was stiff and one side was so flimsy like a very heavy person laid on one side for a long time. The walls had stains by the head of the bed from something being spilled and not cleaned.The coffee in the room was old where the powder creamer didn't dissolve at all when I made coffee the next morning (Day 2). Then after work when I returned, the housekeepers put the trash in the toilet and it was not cool. Didn't even flush, and had my sensitive lady supplies on the floor next to the toilet when I put my used lady supplies in the trash can. That was uncalled for. Tissue paper was not replaced and I had to go to the front desk to get some more. Day 3, the people upstairs were running around and making a bunch of noise until about midnight. Lost a good amount of rest. Day 4 through Day 6 check out, I just stopped caring and have decided I will never be returning to this place. The guy at the front desk when I first checked in was really nice - great customer service, apologized about the comforter. The young lady with the brown lip liner didn't know how to help me extend my stay, ad the lady who worked with her Thursday night, didn't know how to help either. But the lady Friday morning was nice, knowledgeable & helpful
