Absolutely loved Millisa. Every question she had a very polite answer for. My only issue is really the towels. The cleaners never put enough towels in the room for 3 of us. I had to consistently go to the front for towels.

My stay at the Village Inn was great! The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful & friendly whenever I had any questions. They also allowed me to check in a couple hours early which was amazing.
I don't like to complain so I didn't say anything but the floor in our room was incredibly dirty. I don't believe it had been cleaned in awhile. I spilled a little water from my cooler & when I wiped it up, the towel was completely black. I just made sure to wear flip flops when showering & walking in the room at all times. The bed was clean & incredibly comfortable & that was the most important thing to me!
The bathroom also had a very strong stench of urine. Again, I suspect this was from failure to clean the floor (possibly from someones pet).
The breakfast & coffee was spectacular! A huge bonus while on vacation! We took full advantage of getting coffee every morning along with breakfast before heading out for the day.
I would stay here again next year & I would highly recommend it to others. My only complaint was the cleaning crew put a little more effort into the rooms. As it felt like the bed was freshly made & clean towels were put in there & that was about it.
