Checkin was easy and the woman was nice. Pool room had broken windows and was freezing cold. Exercise room wasn1 1970 treadmill and 5lb weights. Room was small but standard, Murphy bed wasnt as comfortable as it could have been

The room was clean but the property was older and a little run down. The staff was nice . The beds were very uncomfortable the mattress on the bed was old and about 5 inches thick . The tv’s in the room would come on but no way to turn the channels without remotes and there wasn’t a remote in the room for either Tv. There was no AC in the room at all just 2 fans hanging on the wall. The beds were so uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep on them another night so checked out early and was charged for the whole stay.

Was a nice room. Had an odor to it, but was clean. Found out that the room did not have air conditioning luckily was not needed due to cool temperatures outside.

Ist is an impudence that this Place is called a Club and Resort!!!It has NOTHING to be close! And It is old ,dirty and the Staff working there?I should Not Say more otherwise i am losing my good upbringing..

It was ok but the key they first gave me for my room didn’t work and I also would expect a key card rather than an actual metal key. The sheet of many many rules on which I had to initial next to each one at check-in was rather excessive and made the hotel feel low-class and uncomfortable and not that welcoming, like I was dealing with the police and not a hospitality staff. Also the people knocking on the door like every half hour in the morning for like 2 hours leading up to checkout time was very annoying as I was extremely exhausted. Also the fact that checkout time at this hotel is at 10am, which is a full hour before most other hotels have it, was way too early for me. The TV remote control being in a plastic bag was weird. The TV was too small and not at an ideal angle for watching while lying in bed. The upper lightbulb on the lamp next to the dresser didn’t work. The requirement that I put that yellow paper slip on my car’s dashboard and also write down my license plate number was something that most other hotels never do, they usually just require that you write the year make and model of your car. This was inconvenient to have to deal with when checking in while carrying tons of bags and items.

You get what you pay for - very basic, and adequate for one/two nights. Location is ok. Get ready to hear everything that happens in the rooms next to you - it's like the walls and ceiling are made of paper.

This hotel was way overpriced for the quality. It looks nice online and then when you arrive it does not seem as nice. Only the main building has AC and it’s incredibly hot, humid, and sticky in the rooms. You feel like your feet stick to the floor and the bed that pulls out is not accessible by any outlets so my husband had to sleep upside down to access a plug for his CPAP. Did not exceed or even meet expectations.

Beach was completely un maintained and not as it appeared in the pictures. Our sheets had stains. Our mattress was stained. We pulled the couch bed out to find a toy car which means it wasn’t opened and cleaned in between guests. I was shooed away from the front desk when I told them about the stains and told to go back to my room and to wait for house keeping. House keeping came to our room and said the stains on the sheets were bleach ( blue blanket. White stain) and that someone spilt something on the mattress. Sprayed them both with bleach and sanitizer and had a bad attitude when we asked for new bedding. Oh and there were no coffee filters. Our screen to the door was hanging off when we arrived. They did fix that the next day. There were sign’s everywhere that said if you don’t do your dishes and put them away and take out the trash that you’ll be fined. Not worth the $ a night. Do not stay here

Small bed, no air conditioning, noisy people on the deck all night. Bathroom is small and dated. Carpeting is wet and moldy. Moldy smell In room moldy. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Showerhead is good. Beautiful views of the water. No elevator.

Better than expected! After reading some of the reviews prior to arriving I was initially unsure about what to expect. However, I reserved a Queen size room and was pleasantly surprised! The room was actually a suite with a living room, dining table & full kitchen with stove, a refrigerator and fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils & everything that you need for the comforts of home! The rooms were clean, comfortable & pleasant to stay in!

The property is ok, cute but very run down. Cracks on wall. No A.C. just fans that didnt do anything for the heat. It was like someone put the heat on and forgot to turn it off (i did check it was off) it was just so nasty hot in the rooms even leaving the deck door open didnt do anything. My last night i slept out on my deck. They did have plates, plates, cups, and pots for you to use, but you have to wash everything and put it away for leaving. I would wash everything just in case the employees dont check to see if washed.

It’s a rundown motel that hasn’t been updated in 30 years. Lots of mold and mildew, old carpet, spring mattresses, cheap furniture.

I booked the property understanding that There were some rooms with no air-conditioning… Being down the Cape I took a chance that I could at least open a window and get a cross breeze. There were no windows. I was on the first floor with a sliding glass door at the pool area with zero option to leave open at night sleeping to feel safe. The floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in nine months. There was dirt underneath when I pulled out the pull out couch, hair, and dirt in the drawers of the dresser when I went to put clothes away… dirt that was on the floor. When I put a towel down to give my kids a bath… the sink would not drain after brushing your teeth overall, it was filthy. when I arrived, I just came from driving for three hours at five suitcases and two little kids checking in by the time I dragged everything in the thought of moving rooms again seemed impossible so I tried to stick it out. I left after one night, knowing the cancellation policy, hoping that they could at least meet me halfway or give me one night back There was no communication or any type of accommodating us as they appeared to busy and overbooked.

How could spending over 500 dollars for one night not include air conditioning in your unit?? Also if you don’t wash your dishes they charge you another fee. Totally ridiculous and way way over charged for an outdated musty smelling unit. Never ever again would I stay here. The most I have ever felt like I was ripped off.

Ocean view room has beautiful view and you’re right on the beach. Great location. Plenty of towels and kitchen items. WiFi not good and pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable. Worth it.
