The hotel is ok. It seemed a bit damp and old in our room. For three days we were told the systems were down and there would be no way to order bar drinks or breakfast foods. Seemed a bit odd and no compensation was given for that issue.

I visited on 8/21/22 and my bedding had holes and bloodstains on it and there was several mold spots on the shower curtain.

We got no sleep. The compressor on the air conditioner wasn’t working so all night long it tried to turn on. So it made a horrific vibrating sound. Very inconvenienced.

Hotel is getting older. I stayed at same hotel two nights in a row but different rooms. There was no consistency with where shampoo was kept, soaps, towels etc. art work was no fastened to the wall, the plant that was supposed to be on the shelf had been busted off so it was sitting on the floor. Product is showing signs of tiredness.

It was in a great location! We checked in at 940pm, tired from moving our daughter to Iowa. We always stay at Marriott, but this one was dissappointing. No coffee unless you pay for breakfast. Room had a rocking/loose toilet, filthy mirrors and was pretty banged up all around. Couldn't see the TV from bed well.

Love the lounge area and the "smoking" patio to the west side of the main entrance. The sign in the elevator had the bistro open in the evening. It didn't look very open to me when I walked by. I realize that this is not their fault due to the "Covid-19" mess. However, their are no sign as to the rules for alcoholic consumption in the lounge areal.

This marriot is one of my favorites. The staff is exceptional in taking care of guests requests and is very clean as well. I especially appreciate Brenda. She remembers me every time i go there and has the best customer service I have seen in the hospitality industry and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure the stay is great.

We used a hotels.com free reward night for this stay, however the hotel still charged my husbands credit card for the booking, even though it was asked about when we checked out, we were assured the charge would be removed. The first room we checked into was horribly dirty, with blood smeared on the bathroom wall and beard hairs in the sink. The headboard was covered in grease. When we went back to change rooms we were told that since our booking was pre-paid through a 3rd party (again, contradictory since they ended up charging our credit card for a full night) that they couldn't refund any of our money, which we weren't even asking for. We got a new room and it was better, but there was some mold in the shower and general upkeep that needed done.
