Megan was super friendly and had some great advice for our stay in Texas, especially given the check in was late at night, couldn't have asked for a more pleasant person to interact with after a long day of travel!

Please invest in better pillows sis my only complaint. The goose down pillows and thin pillows is definitely an area of improvement.

This establishment is currently not suitable for public accommodation. The facilities are antiquated, poorly maintained, and in many cases, non-functional. The carpets throughout the premises are unclean, the showers operate inadequately, and the curtains are in a state of disrepair. Additionally, the exterior of the property lacks cleanliness, and there have been observed instances of substance misuse within the parking area. While the staff members exhibit a friendly demeanor, the overall condition of the hotel necessitates immediate closure until substantial improvements and regulations are implemented.

The room was good, and the pool air temperature was way too cold to make swimming enjoyable in the indoor pool since the water was also cold, and there was a too low a number of pool towels available when we tried to use the pool. There was an issue that required the hotel’s water to be turned off temporarily, but that was only for a short period and the staff did an excellent job to let us know and to compensate us for our inconvenience. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Esther at the front dest was the best! She went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and was super friendly and understanding. The hotel was quiet and clean, though our bathroom could use a little TLC, overall it was a great stay.

Late flight arrival from overseas so needed a break before continuing on and this was a great place for the break to rest and recharge. Meghan at the front desk was extremely efficient and helpful at checkin.

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. Disliked: Property needs serious refresh. Looks like it hasn't been updated in 20 years. Grout was missing in bathroom. Mildew above shower. Furniture was nicked and wobbly. Your competition is taking care of these things.

The rooms were not quiet. we had loud people all around us and people in the halls in the middle of the night. Staff was good and friendly. Location is good.

As always, Hampton Inn continues to be a quality hotel. Although the room wasn’t available right at the check in time, the clerk was communicative with time frames for those waiting and when I called to check if ready, it was go to go. Smelled good upon first entering the lobby. Cookies and coffee available upon checking in. Sizable room. King size bed comfortable. Plenty of room in the bathroom and the shower had good pressure. The tub portion was a little noisy and possibly outdated. That’s my only complaint. Plenty of restaurant and store options around the property, including a Walmart close by.

This was truly a much disappointing stay and the first time I have ever had to leave an unsatisfied review, having booked, pre paid and had confirmation of my king suite more than one month prior to my stay, I was made aware upon checkin that all the suites had been sold out and I would therefore be given a standard 2 queen room instead?! needless say I was extremely disappointed and was very dissatisfied with the customer service I received by the hotel staff upon arrival , granted the hotel is very nice and clean I had only wished I had received what I had paid for , not too much ask ?

EVerything was great! Room was clean and comfortable! Staff was friendly and attentive. The only thing I could say would need to be improved is the breakfast. The Cheese omelet was not too tasty and there was no butter available for my toast--other than this...everything was great!

We booked a hot tub room n they don’t even have them anymore. Stay was good anyway. Front desk employee Anthony was awesome. He was so friendly, accommodating, and truly an asset to company.

Very nice facility with outstanding employees. The only major negative was ALL of the ice machines were ALWAYS EMPTY with multiple attempts per day. The breakfasts could be improved a bit but were of sufficient quality and quantity.

This hotel is dingy and needs a facelift. The shears in my room were shredded. There was dirt on the walls. And while it was relatively clean, overall, it needs some love.

Upon our arrival the staff was friendly and helpful. Our key wouldn’t work and each time we left the room the key would reset so that was a pain to go to the desk every time we closed the door. The towels had a strong odor on them that were hung up and supposed to be clean. We requested new towels and they were fine. The carpet seemed damp like it was wet. The remote was hard to use. The breakfast was all microwaved but the waffle maker was great!

I have multiple pictures of my shower being dirty, toilet being dirty and there was a hair in the bathroom. The night check in lady was so polo and nice. The bathroom fan didn’t work so she allowed me to use some air freshener for obvious reasons in the restroom. The checkout lady was rude, disrespectful and honestly didn’t care about any of my concerns when I offered to show her the pictures. She completely dismissed and disrespected me from the time I attempted to check out until I was out of the hotel.

The staff very nice, but the property need work, its very round down, needs work the beds are very uncomfortable for 5 days stay. Also you dont get your rooms clean until the 4th day stay. Will not be coming back.
