Hotel entry and lobby clean and neat. Rooms good size and clean. Breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold items and breakfast staff was friendly and helpful. Room was not equipped with bedding for pull out and when items were requested, front desk staff , they were reluctant to supply the items.

Just quick overnight stay. Nice for area great pool. No carpet great for the dog. Very dog friendly. Good breakfast but Not much for coffee options.

Okay stay with the following exceptions. No hot water for bathing for 1st of 2 day stay. On 2nd day hot water was restored. Breakfast consiting of eggs sausage waffles and cereals was ok. Beds were comfottable and everything else was ok. 2 out of 5 stars would have been 3 had it not been for the hot water problem.

We have returned to this hotel twice because of the comfort and serene atmosphere. We no longer will be reserving a place inside of Austin, TX. Buda is so close and much more accessible to local eateries. We also like their spacious breakfast area and food.

The property is clean and maintained which we like, but the breakfast was lacking compared to past stays. The coffee wasn’t great (we prefer fresh brewed rather than machine used), and there was no fresh fruit.

First of all breakfast was fantastic for my wife and I. The location south of Austin proper made it very very easy to travel into the city and out of the city after hours. I would recommend this hotel chain to anyone visiting the Austin Butor, Kyle, San Marcos area.

You can hear the traffic inside the room from the hwy. And didn't know you allowed dogs inside. I also could hear the dog barking.

First night of stay was great. Second night they put a family with dogs near us and they barked all night. I am a pet parent as well but my fur babies don’t bark like this all night. I called the front desk twice but nothing was done. A suggestion put guests with pets on a separate floor.

They did not have the double beds room available. Was told the making reservations via 3rd party like Expedia did not guarantee meca room. Horrible experience. Also place ram outta toilet paper

My guest room was very quiet, clean, and pleasantly decorated. The few negative aspects included difficult operation of the shower/bath fixtures and the lack of a bedside clock. The breakfast was barely adequate. Otherwise, this is a very good facility.

Arrived at almost midnight and we were welcomed with free bottled water and snacks. Breakfast was great, a few choices hot breakfast, bagel, toast, fresh fruit and cereal.

What I liked was the guest check-in service. Professional. Also, the breakfast lady that ensured breakfast was ready at 6 AM with a good selection and everything clean. What I disliked was the worn facility of worn carpets that need replaced and the shower where I barely got hot water.

I had to find another hotel fast after one that previously booked was in the midst of a major renovation and was very pleased with both the staff and the quality of the room at Comfort. Breakfast with many choices available, too. Me and my small pet very much enjoyed our stay there!

AS AN avid traveler. I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel. I always wish to leave a positive review upon each 🏨 I visit. But, this time I can not do that.AWFUL AWFUL CUSTOMER service. Do NOT spend your hard earned money here. There are MANY other local establishments than will serve a customer off the “street” better.

I traveled there for a wedding, I arrived around 2:40pm and had to wait along other guests to be checked in at 3:00pm, our room was not the cleanest, my ironing board was broken, my iron was dirty, and the towels were stained. The staff was great, they have the right idea, but it seems like it was all rushed.

Showed up to a dirty room with trash still in garbage and on floor. Counter tops were sticky, had not been wiped down. They offered to move us rooms but the only room they had to offer had a broken A/C. Couldn’t be moved to a “sister” hotel bc because we booked through a 3rd party. They re-cleaned our original room. Took an hour to get to a clean room so we could sleep. Very inconvenient.

The only issue with this hotel, is the numerous amount of times I had to go from my room door back down to the lobby because my room keys would not work. I stayed from Thursday to Sunday and no less than 5 times I had to have this done.
