We had an amazing stay with yourselves,at check in when we told we had been upgraded at no extra cost , everything was good and staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble, we will definitely stay in one of your hotels again, at breakfast we had one of your hosts called Kayley who was so friendly and chatty 5 stars

I stayed for work and although the hotel was excellent in terms of staff, room and facilities, my experience was awful. The first room I was allocated was next to the lift shafts on the 8th floor. The noise kept me awake all night. It was like torture; I’d just nod off and then be woken again. The lift the ran constantly from 6:30am. The staff were brilliant and moved me to another room. However, this room was an adjoining room and the person next to me had the TV on loud until late, the TV in my room didn’t work and I also had no internet so had to hotspot my phone to work. The tap in the bathroom didn’t work properly. I was moved to an another room for my third evening at the hotel. This room was two rooms from the lift shaft and despite being assured that this room would be quiet, it was not and I was awake for hours during the night again. I will not be using this hotel again and certainly would not recommend it.

Rooms were too hot. Wish air worked better. Besides that everything was good.

Lack of staff to check in and same at breakfast time. Waited a while for eggs little disappointed considering the price of the breakfast. Otherwise the room was spotless, spacious and the bed was so comfy. Hotel itself is fantastic do they need more staff on service

Lovely clean hotel, staff were extremely lovely and welcoming. No mirror in the hotel room (only bathroom) so made it hard to blow dry/curl or straighten hair. Two single beds pushed together with tiny pillows, room was very cold. If it wasn’t for the staff being amazing rate would be lower.

Hotel was good value for the money and was a lovely stay. Comfy bed, quiet and clean. Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly! Parking wasn’t too bad either compared to some of the hotels in the city centre!

Disabled alarm going off all night in the room next door. They tried to fix it but didn't manage to until about 7am. Result was a sleepless night and wasn't offered as much as a coffee when i complained.

Decent city hotel with comfortable rooms, sensible car park prices, ease of access to Manchester trams for city centre

An airvent near the window was broken and the wind blew through it all night as we couldn't close it. We had to stuff toilet oaper into it to try and get some slerp.

The staff was super helpful and sweet. Love that they have a little bar/restaurant downstairs. Nice quiet area. I didn’t explore too much around because not much showed up on the maps around plus the weather wasn’t the greatest. Would certainly stay again. Good price. Beautiful hotel. The staff was very accommodating to me. I arrived about three hours early in chance they had a room ready as I had just left the airport. First the lady told me no I had to wait. No problem! I went to sit with me luggage and less than five minutes later the manager came up to me and asked if a certain room was okay. As that was the only room they had ready. I said that’s totally fine! I was so tired and felt dirty after a bit of traveling through two airports and jet lag. I just wanted to take a shower and nap. Ha. So they checked me in early. Wonderful customer service! Good conversation with the bartender! Good job guys!

We travelled from Birmingham for my 21st birthday. We were put in a room with 2 single beds when I booked for a queen bed. We were then asked for an extra £50 deposit ‘incase we break anything’ which I thought was strange considering they asked no one else for a deposit and as we left the woman was confused as to why this deposit was taken

Great Modern Hotel. Clean spacious rooms, decent food with good choice. Pleasant and helpful staff.

The hotel itself, and the breakfast, were both good, and overall our stay was nice. We were disappointed, however, with the staff in some instances (whether they were maybe just new - but checking in, taking payments, sorting parking, etc all seemed to take forever). We were also disappointed with the cleanliness. Granted it was a busy weekend with a football match on, but there were hairs left in the bathroom, toenail clippings on the bedroom floor, and the surfaces were dirty from previous occupants.

Comfy bed and pillow options, black out curtains are amazing! Staff are friendly and overall a great stay. I appreciated the dog friendly room even though the price is steep at £25 per night. I wouldn't stay again however due to the parking - the car park is a small shared one and it's tight. People will block you into your space. It's expensive at £10 per day and you pay upfront without being guaranteed a space which is bad. There are other options nearby but not very safe.

Super convenient location. If you’re in town for a Manchester United game, it’s the spot to be. Hotel is up to date. Everything works without issue. Even the gym provides guest with free waters. Everything is walking distance. (Food, Tram, Stadium, Shopping)

Stayed at this hotel lots of times and always been 10/10 but slightly disappointed this visit, A/C in the room wouldnt switch off and had to get somone to c9me look after midnight, couldn't turn it off so we had to move rooms, my partner was already in bed so a little disappointed we had to be moved instead of it just being switched off, we wanted a night cap at the bar and hubby couldnt joint in as they dont sell bacardi or baileys, i have rasied my disappointment when checking out of the hotel as feedback for future, such a great hotel but just dropped the setvice level on this occasion.

Amazing hotel for my first stay very impressed

The bed was one of the most uncomfortable nights sleep (or lack thereof) I have ever had. The mattress was far too soft and the springs were very uncomfortable and poking through, while the pillows were so lumpy it felt like my head was on a sack of potatoes. The shower was also in a state of disrepair with water spilling under the screen and soaking the floor. The staff could not have been more unhelpful during both check in and check out - all four members of staff were more preoccupied with doing admin tasks/talking to assist us. Needless to say, the stay (which we had booked so we could be in Manchester for my wife’s double-mastectomy surgery) was not what we hoped it would be, and we both feel like we would have been better staying at home and getting up early on the day.

Avoid match days, hotel extremely busy especially the bar area

This is a very nice hotel and I stay at a lot with work. Clean, great staff, big comfortable rooms. What’s not to like?

Had a lovely stay at the AC Hotel by Marriott. The hotel is beautiful. The staff were efficient and very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed so much, stayed an extra night. Can't wait until our next visit

Hotel is lovely, a bit more care needed for the smaller details, glasses in our room were used and smelt of beer, and some of the furniture had seen better days. Staff at the hotel were very friendly though and the hotel itself was lovely.
