Sayed at this hotel a few times and will be back again, very convenient and good quality for the money and the area.

Good location with plenty of dining options around. My room was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed. My main complaint is that the bed was very uncomfortable. It felt as if the mattress was long beyond worn out - if felt fairly lumpy. Did not get a good night's sleep unfortunately.

On this occasion, we found the bed pillows a bit to solid and lumpy, so didn't sleep that well. They seemed ok on our last stopover. At breakfast on the Sunday the folded soviet was found to already have been used, with food stains on the inside. Just minor faults but they all have an effect on ones stay. We'd still stay again as we like the area.

Excellent hotel. Would recommend this to anyone. The room was on the 15th floor, amazing views. The room had 2 single beds, tea and coffee facilities, and 2 shortbread biscuits, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, the bathroom was lovely bath and shower in one, had shampoo, conditioner and shower gel all on the wall. Spare towels also. Nice size room, had a table with a swirly chair, and an armchair in the corner, and a fridge which was a nice little bonus. Breakfast was lovely we ordered it the day before which was £10 but if you wanted to buy on the day it was £20, great selection of hot and cold food. All members of staff were lovely check in was simple. We had food downstairs little pricey but what isn’t these days! There was another restaurant upstairs but we didn’t realise this till after and the prices were a little cheaper but all depends what you want. Parking was £11 for 24 hours but we used the tram which is so easy. Would stay here again.

Ideal location for our concert at the Lowry. Staff friendly, car park close with excellent breakfast. Options for easy travel to Manchester city centre by Metrolink and Old Trafford.

Friendly greeting at check-in, rooms are always clean and comfortable, breakfast decent. I enjoy using this hotel and will continue to do so.

Room clean and available well before official check in which was good. The room was a bit too warm for me but I do like a cooler room to sleep in. Breakfast was disappointing though. No bacon available both containers being empty, food tepid to warm but plates cool, toaster more like a warmer. Parking ticket was not correctly validated (discount not applied).

Went to the Lowry theatre. Very well located for this. The receptionist was really lovely. Went to room 15th floor. We asked to be moved to a lower floor. Changed us immediately. Bathroom on the small side. Had breakfast the next morning which was really good. Best thing about this hotel is how lovely and helpful all the staff were.

Very nice hotel, clean & comfortable, friendly staff, delicious breakfast! The location is terrific, very walkable, grocery store & lots of restaurants just around the corner!

Our stay was brilliant from start to finish. If I had one criticism it would be the Pizzas in the Marco Pierre White restaurant situated in the hotel. They need lessons on Pizza bases. Impossible to cut and too hard at the edges.

Staff were very welcoming and pleasant. Location of the hotel was very convenient, close to restaurants but also quiet for sleep/rest and nice views from our hotel room.

Room was comfortable and very clean. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The hotel is very well placed in the heart of Media City which is a lovely modern and chic area. Everywhere is clean, tidy and pleasant to walk around. Would recommend staying here if you need to be in the area or even for just a pleasant break in lovely surroundings.
