We enjoy the stay. The rooms were very cozy and comfortable. There was a lot of noise coming from the floor above us. But all and all it was good. The one thing I did not like was you had to pay for the complementary breakfast. For the price I paid for the stay, I differently did not agree with haveing to pay $9.00 for a complementary breakfast.

It was good! Room was clean, was a little out of date, some damage on some of the furnishings and walls, and some issues with the shower head. One thing that was a bit annoying was getting locked out of my room when the keys decided not to work anymore. Otherwise it was a terrific stay.

We were given a room that we didn’t reserve. Apparently Expedia will book whatever room is available if the one you ordered somehow becomes unavailable. This was our anniversary and requested the 1 King Whirlpool room, but they gave us a Deluxe Suite instead. Very bad experience!

Overall, I had a nice stay. Most of the staff were professional and kind. My room, and the hotel overall was clean and comfortable. I felt safe staying there.
Around midnight, the guests next to me were very loud. Opening and closing the front door, talking loudly, and their dogs were barking. Someone even knocked on my door. After about a half hour, I called the front desk to complain. I was told that the guests had just checked in and to please allow them time to get settled. I understand this, but I think guests arriving at late hours should be reminded of the late hour and to please be consuderate of others around them. These guests did not quiet down until after 1:00am. I think this extended well beyond what I should have had to "be understanding" of. I would have appreciated if the front desk would have addressed it, rather than just expect me to tolerate it.

Great room. I also was really impressed by the quality of the food in the restaurant on site. I did a breakfast and a dinner there and both were excellent, and I'm not easy to please. I'd highly recommend this place.

The staff members at this location are always friendly and helpful. The process for checking in and out is quick and efficient. The rooms are comfortable, I always get a good night of sleep. I like to order breakfast from the menu, but the buffet options do look good.

We had no hot water the first night and were too exhausted to complain. In morning no hot water again, they finally checked another room and had us move there.

There was no hand soap in the bathroom, but the sink or in the shower. The room had a funky musty kind of smell- pry due to there being no fan in the bathroom. There were people above our rooms that were jumping, running, stomping in their rooms at night- so we didn’t get to sleep that well. We had to swipe/insert our keys several times before the doors would unlock. For a Hilton, this room was less than ideal.

I was very happy with my stay in this hotel. I look for the following tones every time I stay at a hotel.

4Moments from the mountains and close to the highway in car I needed to go anywhere.

The hotel is a little older, but it was clean. Some stains. The worst part was the flood lights pointed right at my window. There was a pull down blind, but the light still came around the edges.

The bar/restaurant on site was very convenient. The food was great and the service was even better.

Although it was out of the property's control we were disappointed that the restaurant was closed due to water issues. They did provide a shuttle to downtown Park city. Construction going on in underground parking. The pool and whirlpool areas were very nice and we enjoyed in the evening.

The rooms were very clean and the hotel was quiet. Fairly close to a shopping mall and restaurants, we walked. The mall has a great coffee cart!

The main libby area had been redone and was nice, the chairs in the eating area were filthy. The bed was old, lumpy and hard, There was no soap to wash your hands with and the body soap was out in the shower. Floor needed tone vaccumed. And it was very over priced for what you got!

I had an AMAZING stay at this hotel!! Every staff member I came into contact with was super nice & helpful! It was super clean & smelled amazing!! I never had to ask for anything for my room~ it was already there. If I had any complaints at all, it would be there was not a complimentary breakfast for the price of the hotel you pay, I would've expected that.

Night staff was less than accommodating and a little bitter. Other than that one encounter our stay was great!

Breakfast at the restaurant was fabulous Rosario was such a great help. Understand this is a restaurant so there's a charge for everything like any other but i challenge you complainers to find better taste and value especially without getting out of your room before you are ready.
