Lobby spacious and inviting. Receptionist chatty and welcoming. Our room was in perfect condition. Quiet and temperature ideal. Great stay. We’ll come again.

The room and staff were both excellent. Everything was impeccably clean and in great condition. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the noise. There was a constant loud sound of a machine running in the bedroom. I suspect it was from a unit on the roof right above me. It was pretty annoying at first but I got used to it eventually since it never stopped. It’s probably an unfortunate issue with that particular room. It didn’t ruin my stay, but it was definitely an unwelcome distraction.

Will never book with your company ever again. I booked a 1 bedroon luxury suite with king size bed and jetted tub and when i checked in they gave me a plain room with a walk in shower and king bed and they charged me same price and they told me blame expedia/hotels.com I even showed them proof of my resevation and they told me to take it up with you guys as they gave my room away and you guys told them to give me the basic room for the same price. Absolute fraud so incredibly upset and highly disappointed with the holiday inn staff but mostly with your company I booked it over 2 months in advance for a very special occasion. Will not reccommend hotels.com or Holiday Inn to anyone ever. Rudest hotel staff who acted like I should be grateful they even gave me a room and expected me to pay over $250 for room that normal price was half that. Worst day ever ruined our plans and evening.

Very quiet. Only complaint was that the hot tub was a little merky.

The curtains wouldn’t close completely and it let light in the entire night.

There was a loud noise all night coming from the room next to us that kept us up all night. We called the front desk and they did nothing. No hot water for the tub. I would have paid not to stay there. Worst hotel experience ever.

I liked the nice clean facilities. I didn't like that it was next to the train tracks in an industrial area.

Our room was at the end of the hall and it was very quiet! We had a microwave and refrigerator. Soft, warm bedding. The bed itself was a bit too hard for us, but we slept well.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean. We enjoyed the hottub. The restaurant was clean and the wait staff was great. We had delicious breakfasts.
This hotel is on our "stay again" list. It was very convenient to get to. Right off the freeway. Surrounded by restaurants and shops.

Stayed for a lacrosse tournament everything was great. Hotel was quiet, internet worked killer and bathrooms were clean with good water pressure.

Parking wasn’t convenient. Beds were hard. Loved that the pool and hot tub was open 24 hours. We were told about the breakfast and then when we went down, they wanted to seat us and then we would have to pay for breakfast. We were never told the breakfast wasn’t included.

Pet peeve of mine when they have a gym and the bottled water and cup dispenser stays empty.Do not recommend hotel restaurant for breakfast.

Howl was just ok. Room was ok, bathroom was not very nice, towels were frayed and the tub drain was disgusting. Beds were very stiff. Staff was annoyed people were there interrupting their screen time on their phones. Pretty disappointing.

After staying for two days, I noticed that I had many bites on my arms, hands, and upper body after the first night, and it was quite itchy. Despite reporting it to the front desk and management, there was no response or follow-up. Very disappointed with such service.

The Wifi, HBO and EV charger doesn’t work. This year is getting so much worse than last year. Not good.

They were teaching swimming lessons at the hotel pool when I checked in. I PAY for hotel amenities. The pillow shams smelled like old sweat. I sat in the restaurant for 15 minutes for breakfast and there were no staff to be found. A waitress came out and told me she could help me in “just a minute” but by then I needed to leave.

The room was clean and neat. The pool and hot tub clean and available 24/7. Only negative was waiting 10 min to checkout because no one was at the desk and it was very close to check out deadline.

Staff was amazing and attentive. Greeted me before i even walked up to the desk upon arrival and then again when we went to the pool.

The front desk clerk had a difficult time with my reservation and check in. It took me close to 15 minutes at the front desk.

Thereis a train that runs throughout a good portion of the night. It is loud & even can rattle the bed occasionally. Also, even though we had the thermostat turned down low it was still way too hot in our room.

The person at the desk was rude. When we got there she was on her phone and short. We then went swimming and there was one pool towel, so we went to the desk to get more and she acted annoyed. She once again had been on her phone. Later that night, we called down to the desk to see if we could get a comb and another bath towel and she rudely said to come to the desk. In the room, the sign said if you need any additional items, call to the front desk and we’ll bring it right away up.

Front desk personnel were friendly and professional. Check in was easy and fast. Lobby and hallways were clean.
Room was clean.
Bathroom was very clean and the extra towels are nice touch.
I would not hesitate to stay here again.
All the employees deserve a kudos for working hard keepimg this hotel nice!
