Bed was hard and uncomfortable and could hear everything outside and in the hall of the room. When others were going in their rooms it sounds as if they were right in my room.

Had a very squeeky bed and toilet seat that moved3 inches left and right texted front desk and Pedro said "so
sorry." . So that fixed everything.

it was ok , the bedroom window was not fitted to wall and cold and noise came in , the muffins for breakfast or full of mold, so I let the lady know she did bring me other ones, but people ate the moldy muffins.

All of the staff were very nice and accommodating. The front desk people were friendly and always gave me water when asked, and cheerfully gave me more makeup removing wipes for my remaining days. I think I rang their bell 3-4 separate times during our 3 day stay, and they prompltly came to help each time. The breakfast staff were polite and breakfast was stocked with several choices. The room was clean. Mattresses were okay. Not the best, not the worst. We stayed 3 nights. Housekeeping knocked at approximately 8:30 am the first two mornings(which was way too early for us). I had asked if they would come back in an hour, but no one ever came back. I was hoping to get some fresh towels for our 3rd morning there. Although I was a bit annoyed, I went ahead and took matters into my own hands. When I approached housekeeping in the hallway, with my armful of towels, they were polite and exchanged them for some fresh ones with a smile. The shower was nice and warm with good water pressure. We sadly missed the fresh cookies every night, because we came back after they had been eaten. We didn't use the pool, spa, or fitness room. I would be happy to stay there again.

Room was very comfortable and quiet. Located in a great spot with access to many places of interest.

Check in went quickly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well stocked. Didnt use the pool or fitness areas. Only downside is the freeway noise. But since the freeway is right next to the hotel that was kind of expected.

Our stay was wonderful. I love staying at the Hampton. My only suggestion is, the bed was pretty hard. Most are not that way. Most are some of the most comfortable.

I gave it only 2 stars because Front desk asked if the first floor was ok I stated as long as it is quiet, he stated the room he was giving me was real quiet, well ended up being by front desk and the phone was ringing off the hook all night at front desk and no one seemed to be around to answer it so it was far from being quiet and I got no sleep and it was so annoying!!

Stayed here during a skiing trip. Our stay was typical, except one afternoon after spending the day skiing we were looking forward to spending some time relaxing in the hot tub and pool. When we arrived at the pool we found it full of kids having a swim lesson. There were signs promoting the swim school, parents and kids and teachers. We sat in the hot tub hoping the class would end, but nope, in walks more kids for their class, arriving 15 minutes early so they jumped in the hot tub with us. We finally left. We noticed the classes lasted until 8:00 pm. Never staying here again.

Hotel is older and outdated. There was mold growing in the bathroom. The pool is open to public, however swim school is using the pool. They have full control
of the entire pool for a good portion of Erving. Front desk assured it was open, and available, but this swim school business was using pool.

Hotel was very clean, no unpleasant carpet smell. Shower was amazing (lot's of pressure) and breakfast had everything we could ask for. I would recommend to others and stay again.

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this hotel. Both time were booked through Hotels.com and both times they put me in a room right next to the interstate. Sounds like every vehicle is going right through my room. I won’t be staying here again.

Overall very good. Friendly staff, good breakfast….we liked the availability of the hot chocolate. Pretty cool air coming through window when the blind was up. No TV remote in room had to ask the desk for one but they were responsive. Convenient location for our purpose.

We stay at Hampton Inn's and like them; this one didn't have a MICROWAVE in the room which means that we likely won't stay for long periods of time in the future. Otherwise, the room was super cozy and the bed was comfortable. The pool was closed during our weekend so that was a bummer but what do you do? Sigh... Nevertheless, I would stay again for short stays.

Not the cleanest of places. Staff not too friendly, garbage/laundry guy super creepy made me feel uncomfortable enough that i roamed till he was out of sight before entering my room. I took picture of the tv remote that had the battery cover held on by bandaids, so GROSS!

We had a group stay everybody had a hard time sleeping because of the noise from highway. Very friendly staff & warm pool

Overall not a bad hotel. The staff was great and it was clean. Breakfast was very nice every day and there were many close eateries within walking distance. Our room was rather loud from the nearby road. We could hear trucks going by all night long. The hot tub was great on the first and last night, but one night it was just warm.

Had a difficult time sleeping due to very loud heaters in the rooms. Other than that, our stay was enjoyable. Will stay there again

It was located very near several restaurants within walking distance. All the staff were friendly. Room was very comfortable. Spa even worked! Good breakfast choices.

Check in was quick and easy, pool was great, room was clean and spacious. Only complaint was the luggage carts, they are the little half carts that don’t have bars on both sides, so our stuff kept falling off them all the way up to the room, would appreciate some full size carts.

Hotel and staff were fine. The noise from the freeway was horrible. Kept me awake most of the night. I tried to turn the fan onto constant, but the controls had been glued so that turning the fan on would be impossible.

I liked the large amount of stained wood in the decor. There were a few damaged spots, but the overall look keeps you from noticing these for maybe 24 hours. Staff was very helpful on check-in and Breakfast. Omlettes, beef and pork sausage and multiple waffle batters were great.
