The Jeweled Turret lives up to its name - it is, indeed, a jewel. From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The breakfasts were amazing.

The husband Carl was very personable but his wife Cathy was not & as she was the cook - the breakfast was very disappointing, ie, the first day coffee was weak, fruit was fresh & tasty - but 1/2 a waffle with a dollop of whipped cream & 1/2 strawberry was not acceptable for a New Enland breakfast! The coffee again weak the second day the fruit was the same but a cup cake size of a quiche w/ vermicelli & no meat either day was not exceptible at a rate of $250/day!!
The bed was very soft and not comfortable for a good night's sleep!!

A true Victorian gem, lovingly restored and maintained by the host couple. Quiet and comfortable, and of course, delicious breakfasts! The locale is an arts community with an active shipyard and walkable harborfront. A perfect getaway!

The feel of this house is antique and charming. The owners have thought of everything, from bathrobes, to a 24/7 hot tea station, to a 4-course breakfast. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was large (complete with a clawfoot bathtub). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved the stay we had with Carl and Cathy. They were both wonderful and the place was an awesome sight to behold. The breakfasts were very very good as well. We also got to meet their dogs, who treated us great as well.

Oh my goodness, what an adorable place! Stayed two nights in this lovely little B&B! Hosts were friendly and helpful, breakfasts were wonderful, and location was perfect. Walk to the little town or to the waterfront for some shopping or dining. The home is decorated perfectly. A few things to take note of: the fireplace is not a working one, our bathroom while private was down the hall, and no television in the room. We didn't mind this, but some may.

Cathy and Carl have a beautiful restored Victorian house. It is very clean, with beautiful grounds and a gourmet breakfast every morning. A great place to stay when visiting Belfast.

This is a charming and lovingly kept property dating from 1898. The owner is personable and helpful and serves a delicious breakfast. The inn is just three blocks from Belfast’s downtown and port making for an easy walk.

I believe we chose the smallest room as it was difficult to move around in it. We ran out of hot water while showering one day.(we stayed 3 days).The hosts were very available and accommodating. The breakfasts were prepared beautifully and were tasty and very,very filling.

This was my first B&B experience and I would imagine tough to beat! Everything was so clean and well maintained. I have an older house myself and to see the pristine condition was amazing!! The room was gorgeous and felt like I was in a museum. The breakfast the next day was both unique and delicious!! It was on this stay that I realized that B&Bs are the original AirBNB and realize that there is a level above a superHost! Cathy and Carl seem like an amazing team and I really hope we can come back in the future!!
