Staff nice, renovation wasn’t a big mess.

I believe they are in process of remodeling We were on the second floor and several of our electrical plugs would not work. I forgot to tell the clerk

Easy to get to. Great customer service. Clean rooms and facilities.

It got the job done, but is under renovations. My room had holes in the wall and pencil marks everywhere. Hair all over the bathroom floor and the tub and toilet weren’t in the best of shapes. It was just a place to sleep during my time

The property is going through a remodel and they staff did a good job making sure the hotel was comfortable & clean. The door handle to the bathroom did fall off & the same door would not shut but the place was clean & safe.

Breakfast started early which was good because i get up early. My room was extra clean and the bed was comfy. Emily at the front desk was also helpful and super friendly! 5 🌟

This property was incredibly clean and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The free breakfast had many options, which is great for a picky eater. I would definitely stay here again.

We were grateful for them allowing us to check in early after travelling over 17 hrs. The first room was nice but the hot water was not working, they moved us to a different room that was an upgrade over the room we had. The breakfast was great and the staff very attentive.

The hotel was good. Only thing was the pool was warmer than the spa. Really could have used a nice soak in the spa. Employees were nice and helpful.

Overall the place was nice. The room temperature is what made us upset. No matter how much we adjusted the AC for cooler air, the room stayed 72 degrees. We tried to cool it down to 68 and it's like the temp wasn't doing anything. So basically we did NOT have a good night sleep at all.

Nice staff and hotel need some fixing up in certain areas and pool area chemicals were super strong to point I couldn’t stay.

So check in was fine… staff was pleasant. The room was fine; clean with lots of odor…not bad just chemical… I’m asthmatic so I’m very smell sensitive. Went to the pool area with our granddaughters… all around the circumference of the pool was water… looked as though mopping has occurred… but upon closed observation, there was quite a bit of trash debris… hair ties, vegetation clippings(indoor pool), a broken imported fake palm tree. Inside the hot tub, the water flap for intake was missing and it was disgustingly filthy. And all of the chairs were wonky or missing plastic caps for the metal tops/ends. My husband scraped his arm and leg on a rusty metal unprotected chair end. There were broken fingernails, Bobby pins an hair ties strewn about. And for breakfast this morning, the mini fridge that should be holding eggs, mil, yogurt and cream cheese was empty because it was “under the weather” for the paddy several days with out repair or replacement. Just overall not the level of professional cleanliness and comfort we expect from Holiday Inn Express. Other lesser quality hotels, possibly, but not Holiday Inn.

Great staff, convenient location, free parking, and a wonderful hot breakfast! Big, roomy rooms! Love the comfy chair in the room. The only down side is that the beds sit on some kind of stand (wood?) that is noisy and the beds tend to slide around a little. The beds are ok, but not super comfortable. The vent in the bathroom of room 316 needs to be cleaned.
