Its' a nice simple property in a nice quiet area. The staff was supper friendly.

My husband and I were shocked by the sheer size of our room! It was bigger than any hotel room we’ve ever had. It was clean, and the bed was comfy. The staff were extremely welcoming and kind. The only issues we had was the renovation the hotel was doing caused it to be noisy at times, and the heater was hit or miss. During the day, we had to turn it up to keep the room warm, but at night, it would get too hot. It was challenging to find a comfortable temperature, and I did have some difficulty sleeping for this reason. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a good area with plenty of places around to eat and shop. Overall, I would recommend this property.

Their hot tub and swimming pool are awesome! Excellent breakfast! Rooms have great air conditioners, beds, and showers! The WiFi is fast! Everything is top notch!

The staff at this location has always been awesome (we have stayed here before). The music they play, the free cookies, all is great! The breakfast is hot and good and plentiful! Parking seemed secure and safe. There were a couple of minor issues that weren't too much a concern during our stay. We just mentioned them when we checked out and the staff was very gratious in apologizing and attending to the matters. Would definitely recommend staying here...we will again!

Everything was excellent about our stay. The room was large, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast bar was superb. The staff was personable. The facility had ample common areas to use. The location is excellent.

Oh My Gosh were those beds comfortable! Our first time at Comfort Suites in Granbury and it will be the only place we stay now. We go several times a year and have always stayed across the street at La Q and once on the other side of the lake at HI I believe but it's this place from here on. The place was immaculate, no more carpet but vinyl plank flooring in the rooms (and so new there wasn't a tissue holder in the bathroom yet, just a roll sitting on a shelf right next to the commode. But the beds, wow. Fluffy but with total support almost like a giant pillow of feathers but firmer. We did both need to "jump" up to get in bed and he's 6'4" and we giggled about that. They're a bit tall. Loved the place and staff was super friendly and sweet.

My girlfriend and I booked for a one night stay and when we went to check in i was told their policies like normal with all places however when it came to the no smoking policy they continued to elaborate by going into depth of say no Marijuana or crack and other drugs everytime i would say i understand and that i dont use those substances. After getting into the room at first glance it looks like a clean and well kept together hotel however upon further use and observation the tiles in the bathroom were missing grout in between them in places and the tiles were loose and slide or tilted when you steped on them. The sink had a major leak so when you used it water would splash onto your legs the shower heads were loose from the wall and the shower would leak water onto the floor all over. If you are looking for somewhere comfortable and nice to stay i wouldnt shy up on a $40 difference between this and the hilton. Choose the Hilton they offer the same services and a little more along with completely put together rooms.

We stay at this hotel once a year and it has always been great. It is clean. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast is great.

The staff was simply excellent. From check in at the front desk, to housekeeping and the attendant in the breakfast area. Very pleasant and professional. It's been a long time since we've experienced that level of sincere hospitality.

My stay was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was nice because it was quite at night. The only thing I would suggest is to have a couple of water bottles in the room.

I was told the room had just been renovated. I guess the AC/heater unit was not part of that process. We turned it on and it rattled as if it had marbles in it. No way we were going to sleep with that on. No other rooms available and no maintenance person available. What the heck, we attempted to fix it ourselves. Pulled off the front and three large ice chunks fell out of it. Problem solved. You’re welcome, Choice Hotels. Down side, had to repeat the process a couple of times. The hotel was LOUD. Our room was on the first floor. We could hear everything the people in the next room were doing. Including cheering every sports team in existence and their kid singing George Michael’s Freedom over and over. Interesting choice, but no one bothered to teach him anything but that one word of the song. The laundry room was on the other side of us and that was loud too with the housekeeping staff banging on everything and the machines rattling. Came back for an afternoon nap after a night of getting up to fix the heat several times and all we heard was the staff slamming things around and debating if deaf people would be able to know that a fire alarm was going off. Put the deaf people in room 115. They’ll hear it. FREEDOM!

I absolutely loved the facility, I arrived hours before checki in, but, after breakfast and they offered me breakfast. Of course, I took it afterwards I asked if i could wait until check in in the lobby and the gentleman behind the desk checked on my room said it was ready and gave me the key. I MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Will always stay here!

This hotel was very very clean. That’s the most important factor for me when choosing a hotel. They all have policies but those policies aren’t always followed, but at the Comfort Suites my room was spotless and everything looked and smelled clean and fresh. Kudos to the housekeeping staff!

Manager was the SWEETEST! Check in was GREAT!

Loved this cute little town. The ladies at the front desk were so welcoming and sweet! They had fresh cookies upon check in , and the breakfast each morning was actually very good! The rooms were super clean and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Pretty good place overall with a nice breakfast and comfortable beds. The bathroom had tile with broken/missing grout qhich should be attended to. Easy access. Friendly staff.

The bed was fabulous! We had the best sleep on a firm but not too firm bed. I had been struggling with some hip pain which disappeared after two nights at Comfort Inn. The staff were friendly and treat every visitor like a personal friend. They were beyond helpful. The hotel is going through renovations which accounted for my 4 rating on the outside BUT this is temporary. The room and care of staff more than make up for the temporary construction vehicles. Our family will be staying here any time we come to Granbury to visit family.

The rooms were very clean, breakfast was decent but the eggs were not fresh cracked eggs, the staff were very nice and hospitable. The door to our room did not close well, which I did not discover until right before bed or would have addressed with staff. It did close and lock, but you had to push hard, and open and close again for it to work. I do wish they were more soundproof as you could hear any small sound outside the door and the guests above you. The floor leading to the bathroom and in the bathroom creaked, but I do know that they are under renovations and hopefully that will be fixed. Overall, we would definitely stay again if we're back in town! Thanks for having us!

amazing staff, very nice

The hotel itself was nice and the staff friendly. Apparantly they are in the middle of a remodel so there was equipment and boxes piled in the lobby and the hallways. I sincerely hope they install new doors that seal off to block out the noise of the people across the hall partying and yelling until after 11.

While checking into the hotel Friday (22 SEPT) for a two night stay, I was informed my reservation was only for one night by Expedia.Since the reservation was not booked directly with them the gentleman on the desk informed me what I would have to do the next morning was to have check me out then open me up again from the reservation he made for me Saturday night while I was there. The next day I was informed the Hotel was full and I would have to leave unless there was a cancellation prior to 11am. After checking out and starting my return to San Antonio I was called 3 times by Comform Inn to say a room was available. think tthey realized one of the new reservations was mine. We were there the first time for our 51st Anniversary. The gentleman on duty upon check-in was more than helpful and informative. The room and breakfast was outstanding but the people on the desk were laking in support and honoring my reservation.
