Decent price but a dumpy location. Inconvenient access to the main road (have to do a U-turn or drive around the block). Room cards quit working the second and third days of my three-day stay for no reason and had to go back down to the desk to get them re-activated.

Dont fo by the pictures for this place. Upon arrival area was not the best. Walking through the halls of the hotel just has a weird smell. Room was not the cleanest it also smelled. Ac was extremely dusty. I dont recommend.

It is my second time staying here and the workers are very polite and courteous as you walk in and get you checked-in. The rooms are pretty spacious and very neat. I love that is a smoke free for my kids. I will definitely book again here if needed.

2nd time, awesome! Clean, smells clean, very nice! Too many rude people at breakfast and we had to stand but nothing you can do about that. Cute balcony, sad we couldn't go sit out there 😉 will continue to stay here whenever we come to Pomona, great place and girl at front desk is a sweetheart!!

Please save your money and avoid this place. Nothing looks like the pictures on the website. The front desk was so rude and not welcoming. Came in early to try to check in early and did not feel safe,welcome to stay. I tried to cancel the room and they did not let me. Never staying here again. Parking lot was dirty and unsafe area. Please do not make the same mistake as me. 0/10.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable (ask for a 3rd floor room) and an easy drive to Pomona College where we were going to watch my daughter compete. The check-in service was so friendly (he even remebered me the next day and asked about the competition), and helpful. A great option for the price.

The room was large and laid out very nicely.. It did have a chase lounger that looked nasty. The bed was comfortable but during the night I kept hearing a door closing that kept waking me up, thus not much sleep. What really shocked me was that the room did not have a heater or air conditioner. It only had a floor heater! I won't stay here again. My friends stayed at the Hilton much cheaper than what I paid.

The one building is historical building. They have photos and information displayed. The walls were thin, I could hear the neighbors conversations. They went to bed or went out and it was quite after 8 pm.

I arrived to the hotel late in the evening, and was immediately met with a scary man who rushed from the street toward my car. I immediately jumped in my car and locked the doors. Check in and the front desk were fine, however, I can't say the same about the room. The bed was full of hairs from who knows-who. I had to clean it all out myself. It was truly disgusting. I needed an iron and the only way to get one was by asking the front desk, because "people steal them". The one iron they had had some sticky residue that stained my blazer that I needed for an interview the next day. The night was even worse. Incredibly loud throughout the night. There was loud music, people talking late and through the night. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Horrible experience.

Reservation was for 4, not stocked with enough towels, coffee cups and sugar creamer, no luggage stand. And the walls not painted lots of splotches the shower head was all clogged up and sprayed everywhere but at me!

Everything was good except the house keeping. Our room was cleaned just 2 times in our stay. The housekeeper manager argued with us about this. She did not give us a good service.

The building looks good and secure from the outside. Comfort Inn had a good showing of Security Officers, that alone made me worry............People hang out around the building that are not guests. The shower had a piece to separate shower floor from the rest of the floor, it was Gross dirty, blackened. The walkin shower floods the floor in the whole bathroom. The staff were nice and business-like. Breakfast area looked ok.

Check in was great. The young lady in the counter was very friendly and genuine. The room could use some upgrades and phone friendly charging ports. Lamp shade in room was damaged but didn’t affect the comfort of our night sleep. Check out was ok. Woman helping with check out was not friendly at all. Gave a vibe of not wanting to be there.

The cleaning staff was very nice. The elevator was out of order for most of our stay. The biggest issue is that there is a party house one street over and they were setting off M80 fireworks at 2am. Set off all the car alarms multiple times. Drag racing as well. Would never stay here again.

All of the staff did a wonderful job! The room was clean and updated. My only recommendation is that some of the greenery in the front if the building be trimmed. Doesn’t make the building appealing from the outside and the signage is hard to find the location. Maybe it’s not bright enough. But it was a fantastic stay!

My reservation was made for a 2 king size bed joining rooms to accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. Paid in full. At check in the reservation was 1 "king bed" cornered, pull out couch, no space to move around. This was just myself in the room. The employee showing me the room had to step out so I could walk in.

The neighborhood and lobby looks super scary!! I looked at ratings it was 7.8/10 and decided too book this inn! Obviously whoever rated this inn as 7.8 is responsible for unsatisfactory of the customers!! I’ll never trust the ratings in expedia ever again!

The room we were given didn’t open with the key they gave us or their master keys and they had us waiting not knowing what they were gna do with us. There was a dead cockroach in the middle of the bathroom floor.

Hotel had graffiti in the parking lot, homeless directly outside, the elevator would constantly break and get stuck on floors, and the rooms smell strongly of cigarettes. Also took a look at some of their inspection certificates posted and they were expired. I Nope’d out, packed my stuff and found a new hotel within an hour of arriving.
