My wife and I stayed in this hotel while visiting family and attending a wedding. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful, and the room was very clean. The only thing I can suggest for this hotel is a larger dining area. When we went down for breakfast one morning, there were probably around 6 families eating, and no available tables. I wish they would expand their dining tables a little further into the lobby so there was more room for people who wanted to eat, not just those who wanted to lounge in armchairs. I really enjoyed our stay and am very glad we chose this hotel.

Overall our stay was fine. The beds were comfortable and we couldn't hear other people from inside the room. Definitely not the worst place I've ever stayed, it did the job. But it felt understaffed and dirty. Walls were visibly dirty, there was some kind of spill on the elevator doors that never got cleaned up, the floors were dirty, there were little styrofoam balls all in the pool and around it, half the lights in the pool room didn't work, the hot tub was boarded up, there were no pool towels, the mattress on the pull out couch was stained and thin and had a couple large rips where springs came through. There were other things I could mention, but you get the idea. In general it felt like it had once been nice and has since fallen into disrepair. If I had paid less for it I would've known to lower my expectations and it would've been ok.

When we walked in there was a sign indicating the host was away from the front deck. We waited 10 minutes until she returned. The phone rang and instead of addressing us, she answered the phone first. I was not impressed. Also, the mini fridge was unplugged and had leaked water on the carpet. The tv remote does not work.

Checkin was good. Room was enormous and clean. However.... a double queen was booked but I was given a two double beds. Also, heater did not work on a cold night. Reception was called and told me it would take 10 minutes to warm up - it did not. Rate was very good for this property. Breakfast above average. I would stay again, but check the room before taking family inside.

The hotel is dated and needs a renovation. The key cards didn’t work so we had to ask for another room. No extra blankets available in the room. We asked for an extra blanket and it seemed dirty.

Not recommended. Hot Tub=Broke, room heat=Broke, Breakfast=Late, No Daily Housekeeping when staying 5 nights, Washing Machine steals quarters, Computer Center and Printer=Broke. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!

It was located in a good location, but that’s all. The pool area (INDOOR) had ants, smelled so strongly of chlorine it was hard to breathe, was dirty, didn’t have towels, and the hot tub was boarded up. There was substantial water damage on the ceiling. The elevator was terrifying: squeaked and cracked and bumped. The hallway was dark and yellow and gave serial killer active here vibes. The breakfast was by far the worst continental breakfast I’ve ever experienced. Just very lackluster experience. The rooms were clean, though.

When you walk in the hotel has a wonderful smell of cleanliness that is not overwhelming. Our room was very clean. It smelled fresh and was very comfortable. Everyone was kind and helpful. The only thing I was worried about was a large crack the toilet had.

Hot tub was out of order even tho there was a video of it working. Gym closed, indoor pool room extremely hot no air. Breakfast had old moldy ham and rock hard bagels. Carpet in hallway almost caused me to fall because of ripples. Extremely hot in hallway and elevator.

The hotel was fine. Our tv didn't work right away and had to figure it out, took about 45 minutes. Could use sprucing up to today's standards look wise. Paint, carpeting, decor old and stale. Bathroom is spacious enough but the air inside the room could be fresher. I didn't have time to go in the indoor pool, but that looked petty big. The area around had plenty to do for shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was so so if your into carbs but it was passable. I would stay there again for the convenience and the room was comfortable enough and roomy.

I purchased a night in a suite for 5 people at the comfort inn and suites in Rock Hill SC The room nice except the quilt had something on it, the hide-a-bed was broke and the mattress was deteriorated. Also the room air condition would not get cold. The front desk did offer a fan that wouldn’t work and didn’t offer another room. Had to sleep on hide-a-bed as couch. My phone number is 740-243-7581. So the fact that they do not rent to locals is unreal! Locals and travelers can both tear rooms up! Messed up people are everywhere! My 5 friends were in town from Greenville for my birthday! I booked a room for them, wasn’t even staying with them, and they had to cancel my reservation as I walked in bc they don’t rent to locals! Just outrageous so we spent two hours trying to find another hotel that had an available room to fit all of my traveling friends! Will be sure to tell any of my friends in town to not rent with them!
