Staff were very helpful and friendly. Only problem was the shower hose was not long enough to take a decent shower.

Second time staying there, lovely old place. Bar well stocked, dinner and breakfast excellent. Given single room at top of hotel - stonking hot but supplied with fan which helped. Bathtub comfortable but needs a grab rail on the wall for those of us less abled to help us climb out. Otherwise can’t fault it!

The staff were extremely helpful in answering the many questions that we had given that this area of Wales was new to us.
This is a very old building which makes the level of cleanliness throughout the hotel very impressive.
