Very nice hotel! Clean and comfortable. Lots of amenities and great staff.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Our TV was not working and the front desk gentleman came up and fixed the TV promptly and was so kind.
Also the hotel had yummy fresh chocolate chip cookies.
The room was clean and comfortable.
I would stay here again.

Overall a good stay. The thermostat didn’t allow heat adjustment. Even after turning off it still continued cycling on.

The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated for Fall. It's warm and inviting. The staff were friendly and the breakfast here was better than at the Hilton in Portland. There was fresh biscuits and gravy, plus eggs amongst other things. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Redmond!

Far enough off the main road to have little traffic noise at night. Pet friendly with an extra fee. Only one entrance point into the hotel though (but other exits) so if you’re on the end of the hallway by an exit, be prepared to walk back through the lobby to get back to your room.

The room was clean and adequate. For a 2 day stay with no housekeeping it would be nice to have a couple extra towels and wash cloths. Very sparse. Other than when we checked in and waited for the person to come from the back room, we never saw a staff person at the desk. The only staff we saw was in the breakfast area which was kept clean by the staff. Food was about on par with the hotel. The coffee was like hot water though.

A very nice clean motel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a full breakfast that was kept well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a great place to stay but the clerks need to improve the information they give their guests upon check in. For example guests should be notified that housekeeping only comes every 3rd day. We ran out of towels, sugar, cream, cups and tea and had to keep calling or going down to the front desk for our supplies. Had we known housekeeping wasn’t going to make up our room, we would have made adjustments to our schedule.

Property is clean w/ ample parking. Kids used indoor pool. Restaurant next door (I think is affiliated w/ this hotel) which we ordered from-$88 for 5 people wasn’t bad & we had pizza left over. Breakfast in morning w/ great w/ many choices.
Only cons: wish tv in room was bigger. Kids from another room running up & down hall @ 8pm. Never heard them once they went to their room tho’.

It was a really calming atmosphere. Beautiful interior. and their breakfast area, a lot of options. It smelled good and clean. The bed was very comfortable.

We stayed two nights, Thursday & Sunday. Had other accommodations for the weekend. Convenient to highway. Brand new Starbucks across the street with other shopping including Walmart that we utilized. Thursday we were on second floor, Sunday on first floor. First floor had a bit more of a smell but not enough to change rooms. Property was clean and we were satisfied. Price not exactly a deal but I guess inflation has hit the hotel industry too.

This motel has standard amenities. It’s clean. Good breakfast. Good bed. It could use a little more thoughtfulness to make it really comfortable but it’s ok.

Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Ice cold cucumber and lemon refreshment water and cookies at front desk. We love the hot breakfast and well variety of foods and drinks from 7am to 10am. And check out at 11am. Thanks and we'll definitely come back and stay at Sleep Inn & Suite in Redmond again!

It was excellent, except our room 205 had a lot of overnight noise -- maybe pipes or utility room close by? Same odd noises every night. Otherwise we had a great stay!

So overall a nice hotel with a good location to major roads, food and activities. Breakfast is upper hotel worthy.
Our room had no entree light working, phone did not work and couldn’t turn heat down even with setting at 65, it was too warm. Beds comfy. Our room was last one before going out the back and could smell cigarette smoke on occasion. Pool was nice but over run with unsupervised kids, yelling and jumping. We left a small bag there but they “didn’t find it “.

I had reserved a room with two queen beds & received a room with one king. We had our grand daughter with us & had to use a roll away bed. Not what we were expecting.

The check-in was fast and efficient and the room was clean and big. Perfect for a 1 night stay. They also allowed a late check out
