Kids running up and down the hall banging on doors. They did address once reported. TV was not good no way to connect Netflix etc.

Expedia did not update their profile for this hotel, and the pool area and hot tub is closed for an extended period of time. It has already been closed for a month before our booking. I specifically picked this location because I wanted a hotel with a pool. I'm not going to use Expedia anymore it's just not worth it because the information on their app is not up to date.

We had to ask to move rooms after first night. The hotel was working on the pool area and the smell of the welder was making it difficult to breath. We had to listen to the grinder (noisy) and could hear the highway traffic all night. After being moved to th fourth floor on the second night d, we had to sk for a group of young hockey plyers to quiet down afyer 11 pm. The hotel was dated and not the cleanest.Also when we booked,ther ws no me tion of the pool being worked on

We love this hotel, we travel with our pets, it is clean, comfortable, great heating and AC. Close to everything. staff is friendly. They ensure the room is unscented for me. This time the pool was closed for repair.

The pool closure was not well advertised when booking on the Expedia site. Staff calling to confirm my check in time was inconvenient and I am not sure why I had to confirm what time I would be at the hotel. Buffet was fantastic. Three towels and wash cloths for 4 guests did not make sense

Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. There needs to be staff training on cleanliness. Coffee and tea urns need to be replaced and creamer carafes need to be cleaned more regularly. Furniture in our room needed to be wiped down, as well as baseboards, doors and sink. The sink needed to be cleaned around the drain and tap area.

The beds where very uncomfortable, the ventilation was poor as per all the condensation on the windows. Very loud with hockey kids running around knocking on doors and running away and their parents not correcting them even after being asked to.

The location is fantastic. Wonderful pool and waterslide- great for kids. Adding hot chocolate packets to your 24/7 coffee bar would be a nice treat for kids.

Great location and facility. Pool and water slide is looking tired and in need of renovation. Buffet breakfast is poor quality for the price paid per night. They're taking advantage of their location.

This is our go to place when we need to get away from a night or two. Kids love the pool, free breakfast and it is close to everything. The staff are lovely and always helpful but not in your face. We love this it!

Nice place to stay. Things could have been different. We waited 2 extra hours for our suite to be ready, so we could not get in till 6:00 pm, thank god we had a another room to wait in, becaues we booked two. Kids set off fire alarm at 9:30 pm everyone has to evacuate, set in your car and keep it running to stay warm before we could go back to our room. I check my master card and they have charged me $70. more then my bill was, I call, said it would be made right in a few days. How would you rate my stay?

I like the property and location. I was disappointed that a room was not ready at check-in time. I had to wait 35 minutes. We had planned to have guests meet us at our suite for ice cream but the ice cream melted and the guests couldn’t find us without a room number. We were told there was no freezer. There were no towels at the pool. The Honors app never worked without errors so we couldn’t use the free wifi or digital check-in. Overall this visit was more frustrating than fun.

We arrived early and the front desk staff couldn't be bothered. We found someones underpants, kid socks, a half drank gatorade and some M&M's on the floor, clearly the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly. Theres moldy cocking in the bathtub, and hard water stains around the showerhead. When I mentioned to our front desk person, they didn't even acknowledge my concerns and simply said we'd get the receipt from Expedia. For our family of 5, we won't be going back.

I had purchased a specially made dry suit for my son who can not get his chest wet due to medical conditions that have been and will continue to last for months. I booked the hotel because of the pool. My son got in it and for the first time in months he was able to put his entire body in water. He was so happy but about 15 minutes after we were in the water we noticed something that looked to be poop floating around and I reached out to the staff. Someone came in and said oh we will have to close the pool and left. We continued to stay and used only the kiddy pool and hot tub. No one shut down the pool and no one came back to even clean it out of the pool. I choose to not bring it up and ruin my night for my son. He still enjoyed himself but did not get to enjoy the actual pool and asked a lot to go back in and I couldn’t say yes. For the staff to see and ignore what ever was in the pool is disgusting. My son is immune compromised so poop in a pool is very unsafe. I spent almost $400 to swim for about 15 minutes. Not sure if I will visit this hotel after that experience
