The hotel is central and has good amenities like an air conditioner, water pressure, and housekeeping. Our room was noisy at night due to the elevators next to it and the street noise from ambulances, etc. (since it is a very central and lively location). The hotel staff is very friendly and professional. Every request was met with a genuine will to help. The staff at the breakfast was very helpful. The breakfast menu could have been better for us, as we are used to vegetables and cheese, which could have been an excellent addition. Overall, we recommend staying because of the excellent service and the location close to Times Square and the Broadway theaters.

Very average small dingy rooms , upholstery and beds seemed very old as does the whole hotel . Beddings towels seemed average . Overall hotel can do with a major upgrade . Breakfast line was way too long just to get in .

Location was the best. MSG close in the one direction and Time Square close in the other direction. Easy access on and off the highway, which made it super convenient. Great breakfast, friendly staff, and there IS valet for $80! Will definitely stay again.

Water took a long time to heat up. Once the water heated up the next person to take a shower there was no cold water so the shower was boiling hot. Nice room and staff.

The room is comfortable but small with two beds. The breakfast area is small and always bustling and food choices are limited. Having breakfast there is a dreadful experience.

I had an excellent stay at the Fairfield Manhattan/Times Square. Fantastic location with a subway stop at the end of the block and very walkable to theater district, restaurants, and the train station. What a bonus to have breakfast included in a New York City hotel. Shout out to Irma who provided outstanding service! I will definitely return again.

Check in was excellent thanks to Gregory Peralta. Very helpful and nice about it. Our room on the 17th floor was very clean and nice. My only complaint was that the bed was much too firm for our poor backs and we didn't get much sleep and woke up hurting when we did sleep.

Great hotel, everything is clean, the room is big enough, but the VERY BEST in this hotel is the location, literally you are connected with ALL NYC, and I mean all, even the 3 main airports have direct shuttle to this hotel, Les than 3 minutes walking to Times Square.

I stayed at the 4th floor next to the street. It was super noisy, I couldn’t have got any sleep without earplugs. The room was quite outdated and there was dust on the desk and few little trashes left on the floor. At the first morning at breakfast I wasn’t asked room number or anything, but the second I was and that felt odd and unpleasant also because anyone else weren’t asked about that who came after me.

My only down part was that although check out was at 12 the maid came knocking to clean the room hours before hand which made us feel rushed.

Personal and service was very good. Room was clean, however, the floor was dirty. The hotel is near times square, for a tourist this is fantastic but its a very busy area, lots of tourists, lots of vagrants and the smoke of weed overwhelms you. Lots of restaurants in the area and central park is 10 minutes away. I had a good stay.

Room was nice and clean, a nice update from the last time I stayed at this property. Close to Times Square. Breakfast was excellent with hot options. Great service from staff in the dining area, thank you Irma and Dinnarys for being very attentive to clients. I was able to store my luggage for a couple of hours, which was very helpful while exploring NYC before leaving for my flight. Overall, very cordial and attentive hotel staff. I would choose this Marriott hotel when visiting again.

My partner and I came for his 40th birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was superb, a short walk from everything including the subways, Times Square, supermarkets, restaurants etc. Every staff member was absolutely lovely! From cleaners, receptionists, and the catering team at breakfast time. Nothing was too small or too big of an ask for them at all. We had a couple of little things wrong such as the bath plug didn’t work, after a long day walking I fancied a bath and realised the plug wouldn’t work but after a quick call to reception, maintenance came up so promptly! There appeared to be 3 lifts but at busy hours it still did take a little while to get up/down. The hotel was huge, many rooms with many floors however the breakfast room was quite small and could unfortunately only hold a small amount of people and at times got very, very busy and sadly at times felt as if you were sitting on top of the person next to you. On a whole the hotel, staff, location was wonderful, only a couple of things mentioned were the downfalls but that’s it. Oh also! The bed was so so comfortable, pillows and mattress were absolutely brilliant, didn’t want to pull myself out of it in the mornings. Room was always cleaned wonderfully, bed made, hoovered and clean towels put in the bathroom. Thank you Fairfield’s Inn by Marriott for a wonderful stay!

The lock on the bathroom door was broken and the toilet had flushing issues. There was lots of construction going on in the building so it was loud in the morning but that’s all that was wrong

The staff went above and beyond expectations from the moment we arrived. It was my first vacation and I was traveling with my elderly father who doesn’t speak English, so I appreciate how patient and attentive everyone was. I specifically want to highlight Gregory at front desk, and Mrs. Correa and the two other ladies in charge of the sitting for breakfast (regret not getting their names) alongside the cooks that helped them!

I cannot say a bad thing about this hotel. The staff were super friendly especially Diosmary and Maria the ladies at breakfast buffet. Rooms and hotel were very clean. Hotel was within walking distance to all the things. highly recommend this property!
