A very quiet comfortable hotel. Not all that much to do in the area but perfect location for the Garmin marathon and not that far of a drive to downtown.

The internet was not working when i arrived and never got fixed. The elevator was not working but was fixed but after I walked up three levels with all my stuff. In the shower there was no shampoo and body soap was worthless

Was horrible pool was dirty hot tub wasn’t warm and dirty. Call the property in advance for parking and hot tub but was told there was room and pool and hot tub working. I only book for those amenities. Won’t stay there anymore.

Stayed here for 3 nights during my daughter’s spring break. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The pool was very nice. Breakfast was good. I also liked the location. Staff was friendly as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Really nice room. Pet friendly which was excellent. We loved having two chairs for sitting. We didn’t have to sit on bed to chat. Breakfast was wonderful. Great place to stay. Friendly service.

You get what you pay for. Building was ran ok, but old. Strong smell of cleaning chemicals in halway. Breakfast was above average and one of the nicer things about this location

When we arrived our reservation had not been confirmed with the hotel from Hotels.com, so we had to wait for almost an hour until it got straightened out. The breakfast was fabulous, the pool was great, the rooms good. Our heater/AC unit only blew air. We reported it and they said it would be fixed, but then it didn't work at all. They accommodated adjoining rooms for us. We would stay there again.

Room was not made up the 3rd night. Had to go to front desk every night for enough towels. Night desk clerk on nights 2, 3, and 4 acted like I was a burden and elevator was broken on night 4. Stayed there again because staff and service was so good a year ago.

Found food from previous tenants in room. Found used ear plug in room. Ripped couch cushions, office chair and worn/scratched furniture found in room. Staff was nice but the place is not well looked after. Very limited parking. No extra blanket. AC in room not adjustable.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Should have given 4 star though as coffee machine did not work and coffee wasn't maintained in the pot (either was empty or cold). Other than coffee, all was excellent.

The property was clean and in a convenient location for us. The breakfast was great. Our only issue was that our room had a very strong chemical smell. We checked in late in the evening and so tired we thought it would fade away but it was so strong that by morning our nose and throat burned and we had headaches. When we left the room for breakfast and then came back in the room it was still very very noticeable. Our mistake for not asking to change rooms.

I was quite disappointed in the overall condition of the place. Lots of stained carpet, broken tiles, peeling paint, broken furniture, the tv in our room had a very bad picture/some of the backlights were out, the fridge was broken…..overall it was just a fairly unpleasant stay. The breakfast left a lot to be desired; the eggs were really watery, the coffee machine was broken every morning except 1, and most of the time they were out of half of the hot plate items. There only towels in the pool area on the first day, and it was nearly impossible to find someone at the desk at any given time. After standing there for 20 minutes the second day, I just left. Overall; not a great experience.

Front desk clerk was unfriendly and did not greet us, welcome us, or smile once during check-in. It was about 8:30 pm. There was inappropriate music blaring with racial slurs. She yelled at someone behind her in an office to change the channel.

Our room was nice and clean and spacious. Our only problem was there was no TV remote or instructions for the TV in the bedroom. The one in the living room had the only remote and didn't operate the second set.

Tina was very helpful and wanted our stay to be comfortable and good. She solved the problem when one of our lamps didn't work. The first night the parking lot lights were not on, and it was very dark, other nights light was on. The beds and pillows were too soft. The bathroom vanity had been updated. Shower water pressure was very good. Towels were good. We were pleased with how quiet is was. Breakfast was good.

Check in was not the friendliest, but it was a smooth process. The hotel is nice and clean in general, with convenient parking. It is located near several restaurants and highway access, so it was perfect for a 3-day business trip. Continental breakfast had a good variety and very friendly staff. My room was spacious and had all the amenities listed working properly. It was overall a very pleasant stay.

To begin, Check in was smooth, Tina, the front desk clerk was awesome! Thank you Tina. The hotel is centrally located and close to everything that you could possibly need. Cleanliness could be more consistent, particularly in the common areas, such as the lobby, waiting areas, and the elevators , as we noticed debris in the elevators which had not been picked up .This was immediately addressed once it was brought to the managers attention. The pool and hot tub were adequate and that area was clean. Special thanks to the woman who cooked breakfast in the morning, she ensured that all items were well stocked, and that the dining area was very clean. The breakfast itself was very good! .Also, a thank you to the housekeeping staff for their customer service, and personable manner. Overall a good stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
