Room was fine in terms of cleanliness. It was however extremely noisy. We could hear the traffic on the freeway all night and the person above us had children running around all hours.

Nice, safe & clean place to stay. Had a weird smellin 1st floor hallway upon arrival, but cleared eventually. Located right next to various shopping locations.

Property was close to shopping centers and restaurants. Dislikes were that the 1st room was dirty and hot water wasn’t working, we were put into another room after calling the front desk. 2nd room was clean and hot water was working.

The room was very large and very comfortable. I enjoyed the fitness center and hot tub. It was a great stay!

This hotel was in a great location and accessible to the freeway. Could use some upgrades in the bedrooms. Our curtains/drapes were torn and not easy to open and close. I wish our shower had the body wash/shampoo/conditioner attached in the shower like it was in my Parents and Grandparents rooms. The breakfast was good and the service was good. Friendly staff. Would stay again.

Friends, we stayed last night and feel like the entire place needs a deep clean and some major TLC. There was a q-tip with other some bits of trash in the hallway to our room, and garbage on the grounds near the entrance. Philip at check in was pleasant and efficient but the rest of the stay working we're not engaged. I'm pretty sure that the reason I wasn't asked how we enjoyed our stay upon check out is that the two clerks didn't wish to hear my honest response.

Room was good. Except when i booked the room it said specifically that there where refrigerators in room. There was no refrigerator in room. When I called they said some room do or dont have it in rooms. They did offer to put what i needed in the cafeteria. But i have a baby who needs milk at night.

We love staying at at Hampton Inn & Suites. The room and inside was clean. But the outside property could have been cleaned-up. Other than that, we would definitely return. It was our 2nd stay at this location and recommend it to anyone.

Was not happy with the cleanliness of the bathroom, black mildew and pink in the shower. That means the bathroom is not clean, housekeeping not doing a good job. Bed and pillows not comfortable, woke up with a backache. The breakfast, I liked the waffles but my husband ate the majority of a slice of wheat bread when he noticed a green dot, moldy bread and a hair on the eggs. Very disappointed with my stay at this Hampton.

We stayed 2 nights in a King Studio Suite (Rm 347). Pros: Close to Hwy 101...easy access. Close to stores, a few eateries. Good breakfast included. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Cons: Upgraded room located adjacent Hwy 101, WAY TOO MUCH TRAFFIC NOISE! Dual pane windows barely help noise level. HVAC thermostat not lighted, with no room lights located so that LCD screen can be read...text is way too small. I'm reminded, not enough lighting. Air conditioner needs serviced/repaired, too much humidity...condensation runs down the windows and room feels "dank". Carpet needs deep cleaning...feels "sticky" to bare feet (maybe due to HVAC). Shower water randomly warm enough...was NOT warm enough at 6am, had to take a tepid shower. Toilet is WAY TOO SHORT...maybe okay for women, but unless you enjoy the "teabag effect", no good for men! Fair nightly rate if all issues were addressed.

Our room on the second floor was a bit noisy because we were under the kitchen area of the lobby. It’s a pet friendly hotel so expect dog noises. Staff was cool. Area was convenient.

I’d like to give this place a better rating because the staff was really friendly and they had a decent breakfast, but the facilities just weren’t there for me. The hallways smelled funny, our bathroom had ants, and the plumbing was terrible. I just feel like it should’ve been better for what we paid, but live and learn right? It was okay but we probably won’t stay here again. They really need to update their carpets and fix the plumbing. Those were the major issues for me.
